Friendly employees, good coffee, plenty of plugins for charging.

I came to this location a few days ago when the store was short staffed and the lobby was closed. So, I did what any decent person would do and simply went through the drive-thru. The line moved very fast and the worker at the window was very friendly, but stressed. She told me that she’d been getting yelled at all morning by disgruntled customers. They had multiple people call in sick and were unable to turn off mobile orders because of tech. issues. I told her that it’s It’s always surprising to see people lose their minds over a stupid cup of coffee. She ended up giving me my coffee for free as a thank you for being understanding. People, let’s just remember that the people working in customer service are…..ALSO PEOPLE! Let’s have some respect. It’s not their fault that they’re short staffed, or that you made the conscious decision to stop for coffee and now you’re late for work. Get a life.

I love this Starbucks! I go here quite often and they have always been super kind and polite. They go through the line as quick as they can, and they are always just the sweetest! Overall this Starbucks is amazing! I've worked in the fast food industry and I understand the frustration and rude customers, but they are always nice and I've never had an issue here.

This is the second time I've ever used the Drive thru and its been to the same store. You can tell the server's/cashier's are smiling when they take your order. And when they greet you the smiling continues with a fun sense of humor and thoughtfulness. Oh, and my Dragon fruit/ lemonade drink was perfect!

Came through the drive thru around 11am and the girl was super friendly! She even helped me figure out the rewards program and how to add money onto my Starbucks Card! I hope she gets a promotion or a raise, she definitely deserves it! This is by far one of my favorite locations to come to, and I’ll definitely come back!

Love love this store come here just once and they know your name it's so nice to walk in and here all the Bristas welcome you with a smile. Also so great at knowing what you may like to try, I often get new drinks made Olivia knows my taste and style.

I went through the drive thru a couple of weeks ago, on my way to work. I realized after taking the first sip that instead of the drink I ordered, I received something different. I called at my earliest ability and they made it incredibly easy to get a correction on a different day!

This may be a new location, but they definitely know the drinks in and out. Such a nice crew, too, so genuinely friendly. They definitely take time to chat with you if that's your sort of thing. I like that personal touch.

Even short staff they always do a great job on my orders. I have been coming to this location since they opened a few years ago. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I love this location! The staff are very welcoming and personable. They make a point to learn my name and work hard to get my complicated drink order made right. I will certainly continue to bring my business here.

This is a great place to work on a weekday morning. Unlike me, the staff doesn't seem bleary-eyed, slow or dazed so early in the a.m. They are sharp, friendly and personable. They even brought my drink to my table. I will be back again!

Absolutely love Starbucks for their willingness to alter their drinks; adding or substituting per my dietary restrictions. Excellent service both inside and in the drive thru.

I don’t even drink a whole lot of coffee but when I do go here, the workers have always had a positive, and friendly attitude. I think sometimes people expect big chains to have poor, generic, customer service but that’s not the case here. I’ll be back.

I placed an order with my app to be picked up at Waconia but somehow my order was sent to Chaska. The Waconia staff quickly fixed the issue and made my drinks. The staff at Waconia (next to Qdoba) are so wonderful and personable!! Thank you!!

drive through is always fast and my drink is somewhat complicated and it’s almost always right, and the staff is really nice

Such a great store! This is my go to store. Doesn’t matter if we go in or go through drive thru, very consistent! The coffee is delicious, food is great. AMAZING 🤩
