7-Eleven

Great 7-11! I have been coming to this specific 7-11 for 15+ years and never had an issue - very friendly staff. I never experienced or observed another reviewer's experience of "poorly trained and poorly monitored staff."

Clean. The cashiers told me to download the app to get credit for three slurpees I bought. Was able to get credit for my purchases. Slurpee machines ready.

Friendly service the unsweet ice had a very good taste.

I 💘 7 eleven

Mostly a good 7-11, with some poorly trained / poorly monitored employees.

It's great when you need to grab a quick bite to eat. They have hot dogs, pizza, and some other hot foods as well as a coffee and soda bar. They have a few grocery items and a fridge with a good selection of beverages.

For the most part I really like the staff here. They are friendly without being smarmy, and they pay more attention to customers who are there to buy products than to people who are there to buy retirement plans (lottery). This is very nice since most people who play the lottery want to list off all their "lucky numbers".

When the managers aren't there it can be a free for all though. The employees will often have their friends in there just hanging out, but they always jump to the register when you get in line at least so this doesn't bother me so much.

There is one guy I really hate there. Black kid, probably around 18, short, about 160lbs. ALWAYS wearing headphones. He makes really obnoxious jokes and holds up the line because he hasn't learned to just ring people up and move on with things. I don't expect high standards from a place that pays their employees minimum wage, but they would really do themselves a favor to fire this dumbass.

Tell you what 7-11, if I don't see this guy for a month I will assume he is fired and give you an "Excellent" rating. For now, "Very Good".

Pretty nice 7-11, nice staff. Sometimes not so clean but most times I have good experience.

Terrible location. Been going here for almost 20 years and never have I had to write a review on how tragic this store is. I've had moments here but not like this. If you can't handle your job don't take it. Ill be damn to get lousy service from sone random cashier's with an attitude.

I just got pizza this morning didnt check it because i thought they would actually put new out but no the pizza i got was in that warmer all night wasted money on pizza that would of made me real sick i dont ever recommand eating any of theit food at this location they dony know how to change it out the pizza i got was HARD AS A ROCK

Went to get some lottery tickets, I knew I should have gone to another store instead of experiencing more horrible service. The cashier was more interested in her text messages, which she was not shy about doing with customers waiting in line. Management should really start reviewing video of what type of service your store is providing.

Definitely terrible. The worst customer service ever!! Full of young kids now. What happened to the friendly staff?? I usually go in around 4-5 am for a energy drink before the gym. They are always mad. Even if I stop in around 11am they still mad! Why come come to work??

Came after a workout at planet fitness and the cashier was very rude. He was practically yelling at me and being impatient while I was pulling things out of my wallet. This 7-11 is super convenient but after tonight's service I don't think I'll be returning...

The customer service at this 7 Eleven is absolutely awful. I stopped here on my way to the gym and the cashier’s attitude was very nasty.

I noticed a For Sale sign on the front window. I hope the new owners do better. I won’t be spending my money here.

I’m usually stopping by between 12am-4am due to my work schedule, and sometimes the store is locked up when it is open 24 hours. It’s always this one guy who will lock the doors and disappear in the back for 25+ minutes. There’s no way he can be on his break at 2:34am (at the time I’m writing this) and I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for him to come out so I can get a few things.
