We had purchased furniture they just didn’t work out manufacturers flaw cost it to sink. We worked with customer service, and the manager of the rooms to go store in the Woodlands and were able to choose another set. Our salesman Daniel was perfect. What an easy & enjoyable buying experience! Our sales rep. DeAnna greeted us at the door with a smile and was happy to show us the items we already had in mind as well as options we had not yet considered.
My husband & I were pleasantly surprised at the size of the showroom & the number of sets they had available for us to see in person. We felt DeAnna had our interests in mind while showing us around and she not once seemed inconvenienced by our indecisiveness.
We ended up purchasing a beautiful teakwood set which she explained the upkeep of, including showing us photos of teak in various states of wear, which were all still beautiful btw.
Delivery will even be on the day we wanted!
This was an easy buying process that has sold us on purchasing from this location in the future.
