Absolutely hands down the most positive experience my wife and I have ever had at a cell phone store. Associates were very helpful and quick. They helped us out, and got us squared away. Will always come back to this store. Halston was the best!

We have had a fantastic experience with The T Mobile store on Carlisle Street in Hanover Pa. Forest and Katelyn have gone over and above to help us out with our purchases and answering any and all of our questions. We will definitely be return customers. Thankyou so much for all you did .

GO here First! My daughter’s phone wouldn’t turn on, after a drop to the floor. We tried another Sprint store & the guy there didn’t even TRY to turn it on! Told us to file a claim with the insurance company. Left there, went to Brandy’s store & was SO happy that we did! She got the phone to turn on. Did some research and we were able to get the iPhone 12 for less money per month than the old phone. She signed me up for Autopay and saved me more money! Great customer service! THIS is how you take care of your customers!

I have been to this store 3 times in the last 2 months for the Sprint changeover. I have gotten in-store, online, and over-the-phone support from the staff. Without exception, every interaction with the team was great. They have decades of knowledge, and they are earnest in sharing. I walk out smarter each time. Thanks for all the help, Clearview Team!

This is by far the best Sprint store I've ever been to. The staff goes way above and beyond and does what they can to help you out. They offer great service and do what they can for customer satisfaction guarantee. I'm very pleased with the Sprint location and how they help customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great experience getting a phone replacement at this store. I stopped in without an appointment to see if it was a software issue causing problems on my phone or something more complex. Paul took the time to go over the settings, reload the phone and try many options to see if it could be fixed. He backed up the phone and ordered the replacement since the phone could not be repaired. When the phone came in, he carefully transferred everything and verified with me that everything was there before wiping the old phone. Paul has a very pleasant, helpful attitude. Great customer service. Excellent job, Paul! Thank You!!

Was an awesome visit!! Ben went above and beyond what he should do and I appreciate him for that. At&t made it hard to switch over but he worked his magic and I am happy he did.

Zach was absolutely wonderful with figuring out the issue with my iPhone X. I had planned on updating the device with a Samsung but after finding out that android wasn’t too my liking wanted to switch back. Zach was direct, focused and patently got my information switched back over to my X after numerous hours of frustration with countless corporate agents. It is because of him that I am staying with sprint and will be returning in particular to this location (even though it is over a hour away) in the further. :)

So thankful for Josh at Sprint in Hanover Pa! He was incredibly kind, very helpful and went out of his way to lend me one of his old phones to help me out for a couple days. Great customer service. We got new iPhones 2 weeks ago. We decided we didn't like them. Returned them today WITH NO PROBLEMS. Ordered 2 S10+ we are happy and once again great customer service.
