Charleys Cheesesteaks

We ate at Charley’s Hill AFB on 1/6/24. I want to give Michael a HUGE shoutout! He is what customer service is all about! First he offered to make some fresh brewed icetea (apparently not made on Saturday) and then he made sure our meal and fries were exactly how we wanted them. He was friendly and kind. His co-worker, Jane, needs to take some lessons on customer service. She scolded him in front of customers about making and wasting tea & said he couldn’t make it for one person. However others in line then said they wanted icetea also. Luckily Michael still made it for several of us. She then told him he was talking too loud and she couldn’t hear to take orders from other customers. It is noted that the noise from the fan above the grill is loud and we personally did not think he was overly loud. He cooked our food to perfection, made fresh fries and even offered to give us a little mayo/ketchup for fry sauce if we wanted. Please give him praise and let Jane know that kindness goes a long way!

One of my favorite SUB!! Unfortunately, I cannot come in the military BASE. How the hell I can get them? Just wondering

First time eating here and I enjoyed the food. Little bit of a wait since it is cooked when you order but you know it is fresh!

Great food but the food takes awhile to cook. So if you have only a half hour lunch plan to spend that whole time in line. Get it to go...

The best cheese steaks, but the Italian Deluxe is really good as well! Staff always does a great job taking care of me!

This place makes the best stuff. They made me a. Chicken cordon blue and it's not on the menu! Fantastic work and this place has more than a few delicious sandwiches!

Great good, better service. I got the bacon philly, it was fantastic. I got the gourmet fries as well. Top notch!

Great food. Kind of busy at lunch. Recomend going at off times if its your first visit

Being born from PA, I gotta say these are pretty good. Ketchup on a cheese steak is definitely not traditional, but it does work

It's at the BX, clean and friendly. The fellas working there did not skimp on my sandwich.

Philly cheese steak sandwiches are the best here, you get to watch them cook em, and they are absolutely delicious!

If you can get on base this should be your first stop lol.
