I was having issues with a faulty product I had purchased earlier in the day, when I got home I realized it wasn’t working. I went back in hopes of exchanging my item. The manager Arron happily exchanged my faulty item even without the receipt no questions asked. Talk about customer satisfaction!

I love the headquarters because it's a giant store! They carry many many products! Every time I go there I find something new. And the people that work there are exceptional. They have great knowledge in the products and can answer any question that you may have. I give five stars to this place because they deserve it! When in town you must go check it out. We came in around 8pm on Aug 4th and the two associates working were friendly and kindly answered all our questions. The store itself is huge, well-stocked with an impressive selection of products. Over All I had a great experience and will be shopping here in the future. Purchased a tray, a glass pipe and 2 elfbars.

AWESOME staff, im in here probably 2-3 times a week and am always greeted with a wide smile and a "how are you doing?" amazing customer service, they can answer most any question you throw at them, and they are always answering with a smile on their face

Amazing 🤩🤗🤩 I am impressed 😁 let me express my appreciation and apologies for my first experience without even giving it a chance to experience it... That was stupid. So I will have to say it is so worth the money 🤑💰 I spent. The guy that was working I asked for his opinion on what to get and he said, Purlyf. They are awesome!!! I will be coming back.
