The staff at this location does a phenomenal job. My orders have always been timely, exactly as requested, and of great quality.

Oh how I have missed you!! Haven't been in a while and was wanting you this morning. My go to the Avocolado double blended is still my favorite. And, this jerk salad was everything!!

If you haven't tried it or haven't been in a while.....Go!!! You won't be disappointed.

The hummus wrap was just deliciuos! I love the kale, apple salad usually, but this time I couldn't eat it. It tasted very strongly of old refrigerator. Maybe stored uncovered in a not fresh fridge. So bad! Dissapointing because it can be so good. Management, check the kale salad, you will see what I mean.

My kids loved it. Sometimes if I don't have time for breakfast. This replaces it. Love them all. Daughters fav Bahama Mama and sunrise sunset. My fav also is cranberry truffle. Sign up their app, you'll get discount. Very friendly and always happy to help.

Wow!! Ordered the Mocha Madness smoothie, and loved it!! I also really like the Bahama Mama smoothie from here 😋 Not a huge fan of their food, but the smoothies are filling enough on their own

First time at this chain, but not the last.

This is really good food. I had the hummus wrap; kid had the Cajun shrimp wrap and wife had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread.

Good food, good staff. A very young staff, but very helpful and attentive. They seem to do massive business, yet they get it right.

We are now fans of this chain. There is one pretty close to where we live (nowhere near East Lansing) and we will visit it soon.

The prices are very fair for the quality of the food. At this location, management must be pretty good, as the staff were really helpful and attentive. For a college town, this is not expected.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered from Uber Eats and our driver forgot to bring us our smoothies - just brought the other food. We tried contacting him but he did not answer his phone. We then contacted Tropical Smoothie to find out whether the driver had picked up the smoothies but not left them at our house, or if he never picked them up. They told us that he never picked them up and I asked if there was any way they could deliver them now. They said unfortunately they could not but then they offered to let us reorder delivery directly from them (I would have done this from the beginning if I knew i could!) and reimburse us for the smoothies!!! It was not even their mistake!!! A million stars for this location and their manager whose name I did not catch. Thank you Tropical Smoothie!!!

I love this place! It is always so fast, the employees are so sweet, and the food/smoothies are AMAZING! I highly recommend their chicken pesto panini and their sunrise sunset smoothie with energy booster!

Pretty good place, went their with a buddy, we both had a chicken bacon southwestern type wrap, and chocolate/strawberry/banana smoothie! The wrap was delicious and the smoothie was fantastic, I'm diabetic and they added Splenda in instead of sugar, it tasted just like a banana split.

I am so impressed with the amazing service this location provides. CARMEN is a true gem. By my third visit she was greeting me by name. Love the positive vibes and professionalism these young adults provide to their customers.

I love the Lake Lansing location! The employees are always nice and attentive to their customers! The watermelon mojito is delicious!

I was just here about 5 minutes ago, I walked in and realized how big of a rush there was, and they KILLED IT! everybody was calm and fast paced, orders flying out, everything looked amazing; nothing sloppy. I've worked at a handful of fast paced jobs before and they all did amazing and worked like a team! My food also looked and tastes amazing!

I have been frequenting this establishment for about a year now, and it's awesome. Their customer service is great. The young staff is always courteous, friendly and professional.

One employee, in particular, greets customers upon entering the store,
and then engage in a small and short dialogue; I believe his name is "Noah".

Employees seem very knowledgeable about their products. The physical layout of the store is easy visually and transitional on the eyes. The color scheme is soft and smooth. More importantly, is very clean. This business is a great fit for the area just to pop in and grab a healthy lunch or dinner sandwich.

How about just a SMOOTHIE!

Best service and best smoothie I ever tasted in my life truly. Went there tonight with my friends after a good workout session and waited for our smoothies patiently and once they came out I felt addicted. I would never like any other drink better than this. Honestly, I would recommend this as top Cafe in Michigan. Thanks so much for the sunrise sunset.

Aron, the manager at the Tropical Smoothly needs a raise. As I am sitting in and eating I notice how hard working, professional and enthusiastic Aron has been. He has not failed one time to great a customer as he has been scrambling around making sure everyone is doing their job correctly. Give this man a raise. Hard to find leaders like Arron to run a restaurant!

Love this place to life. Its right across the street from my office so I can place my order thru the app and its ready within 10 mins. Customer service is great they always smile and greet me when I come in and make sure I remember to grab my banana or chips before I leave. Smoothies are delicious and the veggie hummus wrap is amazing. Glad there is some where healthy to finally eat for quick lunches.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! My fiance and I go at least twice a month, if not more. He always gets the Blueberry Bliss, while I prefer either the Peaches and Silk or the Paradise Point. But you really can't go wrong, everything is so good. And don't forget that Jimmy John's is right next door 😁
