I recently purchased a whole beef from the folks at West Hills Ranch. The meat has been delicious. Not too fatty and not gamey either. Their product is high quality. Way better than what you find at the store. I highly recommend the West Hills Ranch for beef and pork products. I will be purchasing from them in the future.

I'm so happy with my purchase from West Hills Ranch in Wyoming. Everything was packaged so nicely and still frozen by the time I received it in Longmont, Colorado. The Summer Sausage was the best, and the ground beef had a great taste and was very lean. I wish I had bought more. I will definitely be making a second and third order.
