USPS New Brighton Carrier Annex

I’ll give you guys a 5 star rating. I had a package sent to my old address on accident. I called the annex, they were able to hold it for me and was very helpful and polite when I went there to pick it up. Thank you guys❤

Friendly, concerned workers, quick to address the problem, and proud to live in their delivery area.

Haven't got mail for a week now from the post office apparently it won't get it for a while because they are short staffed that's what they claim

It's amazing how stupid this manager and the supervisors are here.
Completely inept and worthless in every way. You could train monkeys to do a better job. Save your time, use a different company at all costs

I guess postal workers that deliver packages can't read. I have a very clear poster by my front door that tells all delivery personnel to ring door bell. Fed Ex, UPS, all ring the bell. THE POSTAL WORKERS NEVER DO! Today I saw on my door bell camera the postal worked looked right at the poster but still didn't ring the bell. This isn't the first time. it is every time. They just don't ring the bell. They don't even deserve one star.

Door hours say M-F 8:30am open. They are NOT open. Waited for 30m from 8:15-8:45 no one showed up. The lobby that is open 24 hours was useless to me as the postage machine was out of order with a sign that says “please go to the counter.” I sure wish I could have. Ten thumbs down.

The old man is rude. He wouldn't let me use a strip of tape and always has an attitude. He told me I had to buy tape which every other usps I go to let's me use there's if I don't have mine.

Went to get my mailbox key replaced and I still have not received it after waiting almost two months

If I could post no stars it would be to much. Absolutely horrible. For at least 4 months I am lucky if I get mail 1 or 2 times a week. When I call they say it will be delivered today. Of course it is not. They should be shut down and someone more capable take its place.

Worst post center. I don't understand the issue but it is big and has created several headaches on my end. I will never visit this office again. Do what you can do online or visit another one. Lost mail, lost requests, mismatches are too common and proof of a big management issue at this location.

Horrendous customer service, the carrier is aware that the apartment building buzzers don't work so how can i sign? u don't call nor did i receive any indication stating that the package was redelivered, so this driver wasted time intentionally. The driver insist to be rude about my product that i designed, lol.... First off like i explained to the unprofessional delivery driver, i worked for amazon, they left a message reading "unlike amazon, we require a signature. For signature tracking". so this driver made a assumption. I worked as delivery driver for amazon just for about 7 months and i found a better job, but amazon does require signature but mailroom area is considered a safe location, USPS sends no picture to confirm package was left at destination, therefor it could be anywhere. I have to sign for a ski mask i designed LOL.... the driver orders things that she didn't design but i assure you she wouldn't want this to happen to him/her. I have alot of things going on and i even have to study for a new license for my job. I find this service inconvenient for me, i don't have time to chase a small package that could have most likely been left in the mailbox or the driver could have called or u should add the feature. When i delivered packages even with usps drivers on my route i went out my way for the customer to make sure they had there package so i would go the extra mile and contact the customer. You only have drivers because of customers USPS and the post office is only relevant because of customers. Talk about amazon but atleast when the driver leaves a package and if you have a complaint that drivers name /id is on the package and and customer is also sent a digital message. Don't know who this clown was. USPS is so lame. Its a damn shame. So its my fault the landlord doesn't fix the buzzers? LOL.. Your driver think they are smart did they assume the buzzers worked? there is no sound.... LOL... How can i sign driver???? Atleast with amazon u don't have to chase what u designed. LOL.. whats funny is i have orders with USPS one and others with amazon, amazon destroys u guys and there drivers are under paid, and we do piss in bottles. Wouldn't u, u have 500 to 800 stops on a daily. I even seen a vaginal device for women in a amazon truck glove compartment with a iv type cord. They piss in bottles too.

Place is terrible, dude thinks its funny that he can come up with all kinds of reasons to hold me Paycheck.

Hire some responsible personnel that have a work ethic or just close down. The reliability factor is unacceptable.

horrible customer service, very rude completely inconsiderate, and not patient at all. Worth driving anywhere else if you are able.
