Lickity Split Cafe

Had lunch here. The food was awesome. Great tasting burgers, fries were hand cut and crispy with the right texture interior. You can tell they knew what they were doing. The slaw was fantastic and just the right amount. All of their soups are homemade and so is the ice cream. Didn't have the ice cream yet but will definitely be back for it later today. The owner is a great person and very friendly and the staff was on point. The atmosphere is perfect for a little cafe with a theme and feel from the fifties. If you ever find yourself close by here or even if you aren't it is well worth the drive. And you can help support a local business owner at the same time. Tell them Ray sent you!! Friendly staff, excellent ice cream and an excellent menu selection for light meals. We got the specials for dinner and shared one scoop of ice cream for dessert and enjoyed alll of it. There is a wide variety of ice cream flavors and they are all creamy and not overly sugary sweet.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Lickity Split Cafe has been one of my best experiences altogether in Englewood. the food is delicious, the memorabilia is beautiful, the staff is kind and funny, this cafe I suggest for anyone young and old. (Their ice cream is a must try.)

Went off peak time and really enjoyed our meals & ice cream. Our server was great, he had a Dolly Parton shirt on & we think his name was Trevor? Attentive & friendly.

This is our go to affordable restaurant in Englewood. Food is great. While everyone else is trying to push their fancy atmosphere and low quality food(sorry Farlows), this place is putting out excellent food mixed with a great ice cream shop. I usually spend less than $30 a visit ands make this out date night restaurant. Keep it up Lickity! ❤

We came only for ice cream, and it was delicious! The service was super friendly, the atmosphere pleasant and fun. We will be back!

Really, really good ice cream. Good service and meals. The decor is old school looking but very clean. The kids seemed to like the "car" booths.

Our car club had dinner and then ice cream here recently.

Just stopped for ice cream but I found the hidden manna ..I had the ham and bean soup it was fantastic ..when I ask the very nice waitress what was good she told me honestly I like the all ..she said we have a very good cook and that's all I need to hear ..so thank you Lilly and lickity split Cafe...yummy

Cute place! We all had cheeseburgers and thought they were tasty. They state on the menu that all burgers are made well done which is not my preference but it had a lot of flavor. Good fries and Cole slaw too. We will definitely be going back to try the ice cream!

LOVE this place. It has that classic small town, family owned, cozy vibe. All the employees are kind and upbeat. The food and ice cream is amazing. I think the thing that stands out the most, is that the employees (Shelby was one <3) have so much patience and love for the little kids. They are happy to make them happy. It's really special to say the least.

What a fun place to go for a trip back in time. You can even get a peanut butter and jelly sandwich there.

Sooooo good! I had the chicken salad and chili and my son had the hot dog and applesauce. We loved it simple and tasty. He then had a strawberry ice cream cone and declared it some of the best he's had. And the servers were really friendly. I highly recommend them!

The best ice cream and shakes. Very good sandwiches. Had the grilled cheese and turkey lasagna soup. The soup was just perfect!
