We went and got us some acai bowl and ordered some smoothies to go, this place does not disappoint the acai bowls were way better than expected and I highly recommend them. The Employees were super friendly too!

Wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to the employees today, July 20th. 2023. I was there to pickup an online app order and it was super busy. The employees rocked it out! Moving efficiently, professionally and friendly. The customer service was top notch, making sure that everyone was being taking care of, apologizing for the wait and still being friendly. My order was perfect! Will visit again and will recommend any and all to your establishment! THANK YOU!!!!

This was really good! I liked the salsa had a kick and I already want more! And it wasn't over priced!! Oh...I went for the food cuz I'm not a big smoothy person but it was busy n they all seemed happy too!

I had a 3 star review before but just switched it to 5 stars for the EXCELLENT customer service I received this afternoon! Door dash forgot my smoothie and the wonderful employee who answered the phone had another one sent out to me within just a few minutes!! Thank you for always making excellent food and even better smoothies! You guys are my go-to for lunch!!

Rain or shine I love Tropical Smoothie! So many options bonus supplements! My favorite is the Bahama mama or detox island green. Try the chicken wraps as well my favorite is chicken Caesar wrap!!

There was one spectacular young worker named, Evan Bierlein I believe; He was simply fantastic. The urgency of each order he would handle with the up-most delicate precision and courtesy in a timely manner while still providing a overall great experience with each customer almost all by himself. He really made it feel like we’ve been friend for years. An absolutely phenomenal worker. We need more employees like him and not like the managers who did nothing in the back. Thank you!

I heard about this place when I moved to Kalamazoo last year, and I absolutely love it. Nothing like getting a refreshing smoothie while you're out and about! Staff is always friendly. I always get the triple berry oat. Simply yum! They have food options as well, if you're looking for a light lunch.

So good, and a much better deal than the other smoothie place in town, which is ungodly expensive. They have these cool edible straws that taste like smarties, which is awesome. Usually a pretty long wait though.

I had some sort of white chocolate coconuty smoothie it was very much so a very good mix of flavors and I think I also had a peanut butter and nut banana thing that my mom got me it was very much so crispy and delicious. It's a little more pricey than like your average fast food smoothie or something but it's for a reason because they use real stuff and it's delicious.

I live in Battle Creek but I only like to come to this location because I’ve always had a better experience with Portage. Just recently I routinely placed a pick up order before hitting the highway on my way to work. I did not make it due to me getting into an accident on the highway. I called and spoke to a women who was very nice and told me I could get my order on another day and she would make a note with my information on it. I appreciate it along with all the other experiences I’ve had here. At the Battle Creek location I always feel ignored, I’ve never had that experience here.

Amazing smoothie and the greatest group of younger workers I have come across in a long time. No one was just standing around they were either waiting on customers or cleaning. Just love they smoothies and the food options everything fresh and hot ,great selection. The only thing I can say negative about this place was the trash can by the door was full but they were very busy.
It would be awesome if they had a drive thru window, but you can pre order and pick up when you get there, I think they even have curb pick up. 😁🙂🥤🌯

The employee, his name was Evan Bierlin, was the best cashier I have ever had, was super respectful, and single handedly makes me want to come back every day. If the managers want to continue making money they need to invest more money into amazing workers like him.

Ist time trying this place. Friendly staff and a nice menu choices. They also have sandwiches besides just smoothies. Smoothies were delicious. I'll definitely go again.

Best smoothies around the area!

Went here for the first time because I was craving a smoothie and I was pleasantly surprised. Smoothie had a little bit of an earthy taste, not in a bad way but a little off. (I ordered the blueberry, banana, strawberry) honestly, the best part of my order was the Santa Fe quesadilla, it was SO good. Will go back specifically for this and to try different smoothies!

My first time having a smoothie and it was awesome. The staff was very nice and catered to us. Would definitely go again.

My son and I frequent this place a lot. $6 for a smoothie? Oh well. We often use these as meal replacements for before and after sports. The food here is really quite good. When you live in a town like Battle Creek where the healthy options are limited, this is a welcome addition.

the best tropical smoothie in kalamazoo. also conveniently located for a great pick-me up while shopping :) I love that I can order online & quickly pick it up in store & don’t have to wait in line in-store.

New Customer Experience and I love it! If you are going to get something your body needs during meal time this is a great choice! They have good light meal options and offer amazing shake flavors. Get their app too! You can order off the app and pick it up in the fridge.
