was lower due to bad customer service experiences, but it has truthfully gotten so much better. the employees are very helpful, and i have not had any issues since my last experience. i have frequented this store for years and i appreciate the work the staff has put in in the past year or so into making the store feel more comfortable to browse and be more interactive with the customers. thank you guys! 🖤

Best styles and best deals! The staff are always helpful, and genuine. Chris, the manager, has been taking great care of myself, and my daughter, for over 10 years! I always look forward, to going in, to shop there.

Neat stuff, Great People, Good Prices.. as of my visit they had a bunch of clearance items that were buy 2 get 1 free or X# of item for X$ each. Their normal stock has just about any band T-shirt you could want, and tons of accessories and body jewelry for even the most particular individuals

This store may sell clothing as the title describes, but I actually laughed at it.
If you're shopping here, you generally have an open mind.
Found a couple of clearance shirts for a decent price. Friendly, helpful staff.
Always something to look at.

It's always so nice here. Employees are friendly and polite. I usually find something I want to get, especially with the holidays so close. Always a recommended place to shop.

I haven't been in that store in 5 years. Not due to a negative experience just getting older. LOL went in to look for Christmas gifts and deal one of the coolest stores around. The staff is amazing and very helpful even during this busy time of year.

Staff was very kind and understanding as I raced around the store, not realizing that the mall closes at 8 🙃😬 was able to find what I was looking for to give to my niece & they assured me it was fine as I ran out after purchasing the pins, apologizing the entire way.
Make sure you know the mall hours before popping in for a quick visit XD

I went in the other day looking for Wonder Woman items for my daughter's birthday party and all they had was a backpack but he made sure to give me a list of places that he knew had Wonder Woman stuff. I feel like that's going above and beyond when you're recommending other stores just to make sure the customer gets what they need.

LOVE HOT TOPIC! Most of my wardrobe contains at least one thing in the outfit I'm wearing for the day! And I'm in my late forties... LOL! Their t-shirts are awesome and usually on sale of some sort. Most of their employees are very knowledgeable especially on the newer generation items. I have a 14 year old in my life and they are very helpful when it comes to finding the thing she wants :-) Thanks Hot Topic!

Had a good time, Music is a little loud but the cashier was amazing! He had an afro was really friendly, and funny. When we left he saw "Have afro-wonderful day!" and me and my sister couldn't stop laughing when we were out of the store. Great experience, will be coming back!

I love hot topic they got everything I want. From slipknot, Star Trek, transformers, shrek , marvel , metal band shirts very pricey. But I will return great place to shop employees are friendly and they no what you want . If you like heavy metal and pop culture and anime and Star Wars plus horror you should definitely stop at hot topic .

The current staff is awesome. I wish the store was a bit bigger. That is my only complaint. The store is clean and the staff are super friendly.

I've always loved this store, even though I'm older now still has some cool things...and the staff is amazing.

It is impossible to visit the store without having a chuckle or two from the random snarky t-shirts, pens, and other assorted items. The variety of Funko Pop vinyl figures is wonderful, too.

Great deals going on today! Clearance, $5 yellow tag shirts, $2 red tag shirts bogo$10. My only complaint was being assaulted with not one, but TWO sign up offers.

Leo did a great job servicing us today! My mother and I really enjoyed our visit, and love our purchases. ❤
