Always fresh and good. I always prefer the value duet for my breakfast here.

Purchased the chipotle chicken, egg and avo sandwich. Very tasty, will buy again.

Who does not love a company that supports the local community with excellent customer service and proper distribution of goods at the end of the night

Came in around 10:30am and had a wonderful experience, staff is extremely friendly and kind. I had an issue with an order and the red headed manager with all the tattloos went above and beyond her duties to make it right. Wanted to show my appreciation for her hard work!

Had a great time with my grandson, we both enjoyed the food.

Love having a comfortable place to work out in the community. Great food, free wifi, and comfortable atmosphere.

Pastry rings are my go to for work. They are so good. Service here is always fast and friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Fireplace and patio. Something for every season.

So the sip and save used to be 699 then I went to 999 and now it's 1199. However there's not much to choose from when it comes to the drinks and to be honest about it if you want any type of flavoring or creamer or foam or anything like that in your beverage it cost extra. I mean seriously you guys can't afford cream and sugar to go with the coffee.

I order online and pick up. It's always ready when I arrive within 10 min of ordering. They have the best broccoli cheddar soup yall. Omg. I dip the French bread in it and it's divine.

This Panera Bread location is fantastic, the staff was friendly, everyone had a smile on their face. The service was just wonderful and the food was something that is definitely worth writing home to mom about. We didn't wait long at all the store was clean enough so you could have eaten off the floor. This is a location my family and I will definitely be revisiting more than once. Thank you to the staff and management for ruining such a great establishment you made our visit to Panera Bread just amazing I hope that you keep up the good work any company would be blessed to have a crew like the one at this location. Once again thank you all.

Lucy has this amazing leadership capability that brings the entire UD Panera team working together as a real team and you can feel and see the difference. Lucy' leadership makes the difference!!!

I always make my way to this specific Panera location whenever I'm craving something healthy, filling and fast. Sometimes there is a wait here, but, it's usually not too long. The staff are attentive and friendly which makes the experience so much better. I have been here a number of times over the years and one thing never seems to change, the quality and service that is provided has always been top law works commission work! Keep up the good work and you guys will have a faithful customer!

So this store was absolutely amazing to me after I had the manger at Miller Lane refuse to make breakfast sandwiches. Anthony and his team were great helping me out this morning. I had called them to place order over phone to save time since I wasn’t going my normal route, and they said that they didn’t open until 7am. But this guy - Anthony said he would take care of me! And they did just that! Thank you Brown Street for helping me out!

The store manager Anthony is amazing! My co-workers always order from the Brown St. location and he goes above and beyond to make sure our orders are correct. Anthony is so professional, personable, and a complete pleasure to interact with especially in a world of mean people. Anthony deserves more than a Kudos, he deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

This is the panera my coworkers and I order from at work. I have nothing, but wonderful things to say about Jean-luc. We have had problems with our orders a couple times through the years, but most recently a doordasher canceled our order and it was just sitting at the restaurant waiting to be delivered. When I called and asked about it I was escalated to 'the office' and he personally delivered our food to us!! Everyone was amazed at the generosity and kindness.

The pick 2 with a drink has gone up in price...

The meal was great but I'm not sure it was worth $17. The people were great, the service was above average, and the food was 5 stars.

Wonderful customer service at this Panera! Anthony waited on me and talk about personality plus. He was warm, engaging, helpful and efficient. And the guy can sell! I walked out with a warm chocolate chip cookie to top off my lunch!

The cashier, Kathy, was so pleasant! She even went out of her way to help an older lady get some water when it looked like she would have difficulty. Great service and good food and coffee!

Isaac was probably the best worker I have ever encountered, he was so welcoming and funny. He recommended a food item and said it was bussin’, it was bussin’. He was funny and super nice and definitely a welcoming person. The other workers were great as well. This Panera deserves 6/5 stars. My one complaint is that his name tag was too shiny, so I had to ask for his name😁

PS. The grilled Mac and cheese should be a permanent menu item😋

As a regular breakfast customer of this establishment, I have to give them 5 stars. Before I can even place my order, they know what I want and have it in the toaster for me. It's neat to be known on a first-name basis at a restaurant. My bagel is always hot and delicious and they help me pick out the extra things to eat that I might want if I'm more hungry than usual. Gotta love the free stuff you can earn with the Panera card.
