I was in need of an upgrade for my cell phone and Mr. Solomon took plenty of time with me to explain things to me. I'm not very tech savvy, so he was very patient with me and explained everything several times till I was comfortable with my purchase. I appreciate the job he did for me.

It was close to closing time but Casey stayed late to help us get 2 news phones and a new line. He was super nice and friendly about it. He made sure we had all of the accessories we needed for our new phones. I would highly recommend seeing him for your Verizon needs.

Trey was knowledgeable about my needs and his tech talk was simple for this layperson to understand.
They had the recent A71 5G in which I was interested plus accessories, except for its case (it is already on lts way to my home, so I don't have to return to store or access another store). Got some free stuff, already find the A71 just perfect for me and it is very user friendly - does a great job!

I really liked dealing with Dylan. Not pushy; got me a great deal, and seemed more interested in my preferences. Knowing how much I hate switching phones, he went out of his way to make it fast, accurate, and painless. I'll definitely ask for him again!

Great experience here! The customers service here was the best at any Verizon I have ever been to. Jacob was a wonderful representative and was very helpful with helping me upgrading my flip phone to a smartphone. We will be back for all our upgrades here.

Jennifer made activating a new phone extremely quick and simple. I arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and she didn't even bat an eye at helping me out! I would definitely recommend visiting this store!

We went to switch service from Consumer Cellular back to Verizon because of availability of connection was nowhere near Verizon’s. Dylan absolutely went to great lengths to reduce our bill.And help us to get updated devices.Dylan personally saw to it that we got the best prices and that our devices were up to task for our needs. One of the best experiences with a Verizon store that I’ve ever had. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and I was able to get all of my questions answered and more. I definitely recommend this store.

I have been to this store today and once a month in the past and sometimes its super packed but they try to be courteous of others time. Super friendly and knowledgeable people.

The store in smithville always has smiling faces and greets you when you walk in unlike some of the other stores. They are wonderful to deal with!

I'm a little bit upset I ordered a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch I thought I had 30 days warranty so I decided I didn't want it. It was too heavy and big it made my wrist sweat all the time. I just upset that I have to pay for a watch that I'm not satisfied with
