Went through this morning. Was really busy but with such small amount of people they were very patient and friendly. I hope they schedule more people to help so I’m not waiting so long making me late for work.

Good atmosphere, service somewhat slow through.

I wish I would of gotten their names. I come to this McDonald's almost every morning. I will say this is the best service I've ever gotten! The sandwich was literally perfect! The guy that took my order was so polite and fast! The guy that handed me my food was just as polite! Usually I have to wait 15-20 mins just to get my sandwich. I had no wait and the amount kindness oh lord! I hope those two men get raises or something! This McDonald's needed this change! Update, I called and talked to the manager and let her know how amazing the service was. I unfortunately didn't get the receipt (my choice) so I can't go on the website and rate them. I did get the names of these amazing guys! Major shout out to Trent and Collin! They are wonderful ❤ I don't know who made my sandwich but that person also did an amazing job! ❤

It’s McDonald’s food. Which is consistent. This particular location has their stuff together and always do a great job and are friendly. Their work is under appreciated. The negative reviews are people who don’t come prepared mentally for a meal in 90 seconds. Or are bots likely from the other fast food chains nearby like Subway.

Was surprised how good everything was and how fast they were. ordered, drove right to the window and was handed the bag of food as i was handing them my card to pay! The lady taking the order had a bit of a hard time, but no big deal

Typical McD's, but the service is often times very slow.

Went to McDonald's and use my app code to get points and got my daughter a cheese hamburger happy meal. McDonald's is one of her favorite restaurants. My son got a 10 piece chicken nuggets.

The McDonald’s in Mitchell has never disappointed. The food is always good and the staff is always courteous. The bathrooms are always clean.

Fast hot food order was wrong so manager made it right.And an added bouns they have truck parking

I have been very impressed with the customer service with two employees at Mitchell Indiana McDonalds. Both Lorraina and Melissa have always treated me pleasantly and competently. They are polite and appear to care about the customers. I can say that some of the other employees could certainly take many lessons from these two ladies!!! I appreciate their positive and polite attitudes and service :):)

We been going here a long time. Good experience most of the time. Busy most of the time. We don't have to wait at drive up but once in a while. Employees are nice. Sometimes little things happen. I can live with it.

My comment doesn't really matter since I'm a employee here. Although, the 2 years I've been here close to being 3 in a few months. I've learned a lot of things from my co-workers and managers. Even though people think we don't do the best we can to get the orders or make them right "Fast". I mean it's life there's going to mess ups.There's miscommunication here and we are going to correct them as fast as we possibly can. I'm not saying the job is hard it's just anything and everything can happen at the wrong time. I tell you what even though it happens I still think we do a pretty good job even on our bad days. We have a wonderful team. 😊❤

They quickly made my to go drink after I went to the door and show them it said made and deliver to my car but wasn't.. I'm please with this McDonald's service
