Destiny has been amazing every time I’ve been in here. This is my go-to Starbucks because of the staff. The food and drinks are consistently great as I expect from Starbucks products - but the staff at this location make the difference for me. Give that gal Destiny a raise!!!

I always come here. It's always packed when I come and they do a great job of getting through the rush! I've only ever had my order given to me wrong a few times in years and they always make it right.

This is a great starbucks. Very friendly, not too crowded and fast service!

It was a busy Saturday afternoon. We waited 10 minutes. Our cashier was friendly and ensured he heard our order correctly.
Side note: I have celiac disease, which means no gluten for me. Lots of drink options, sadly very little food I can eat here. No gluten free buns, which sucks.
I bring my own bun and get the double smoked, bacon cheddar sandwich. Phenomenal.
For my drink, I get a coconutmilk mocha or chai. The peach green tea is also delicious.
If you have to choose between this and Jeffersonville, this one is slightly less busy.

First time coming through this Starbucks location. Very happy with the fast service and tasty drinks! If the quality of these drinks is consistent with what is served on a regular basis, this location is wonderful. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but again, I’m traveling and not from the area so I’m not sure how it usually is here. Personal experience- 5 stars!

There was a long line in the drive thru bit the frappes were great and people were nice.

Lovely clean, and organized location. Baristas are knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of space for laptop work as they have a computer bar! Plenty of seating for coffee with family or friends. Professional high-top tables are great for business coffee.

Out of town visit. Have been to this location before. Not sure if it's the water or the grind but, the absolutely best latte ever. Richer taste love this location. If I wasn't 230 miles away would be my daily stop. Thank you the best.

My go-to coffee stop before heading out of Lebanon onto 71. I'm always happy with the service and quality of anything they make. They can get really busy at times, so I recommend heading inside if there's a long line or ordering online ahead of time and picking it up. The baristas do an amazing job considering how popular this location can get, and how rude some people can be when they haven't had their coffee. Keep up the great work!

Fast, friendly service. One of the few stores I've been to that has a well run drive thru. Other stores tend to let their shots die while making the drinks or mess up the orders in their drive thru. This store does a good job of having fast service along with good drinks.

The employees are ALWAYS friendly and very welcoming whether you are at the drive-thru or on the inside. I know by just waiting in line inside they do get your 'pre-ordered' drinks ready SUPER quick. The line is always long since it is the only Starbucks with the drive thru, but they are pretty quick and efficient getting everyone through the line. Knock on wood, but they have not messed up one of my orders yet and am there way too often to truly admit.

What a great drive thru experience! The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I have only had one issue with this location (drink made incorrectly), they were prompt and fixed it right away! Exceptional customer service!!

The best Starbucks to exist in the world lol. Open early and stay open late. They’re always so sweet even when I come through at 10:20 pm. My java chip is always flawless.

Excellent staff!! They’re always super nice and my drinks are always made correctly. They even surprised my kids with free cake pops one day - totally made their day!

I love coming to this location, yesterday I met I think her name was Ally or Kelly I feel terrible she told me, but she had rose gold hair and she was great ! I was having a rough day and she totally made me smile and hooked my drink up with all the chocolate I needed! :)

Always friendly with the correct order. Sometimes there’s a line at drive thru but that’s pretty normal at any Starbucks. I usually don’t wait long.

The drive thru was really busy but the line moved fast. The employees, as usual, were very friendly and courteous!! This is my go to Starbucks wherever I go visit my daughter.
