As an advanced user with technical knowledge there is nothing worse than being given the run around on the phone and at several stores. In a last ditch effort to have my issue resolved I drove a good ways out of my to this store. Beckie was able to get my issue resolved in one attempt despite the fact that I am a sprint customer and my account was not typically accessible to their system I can't tell you how happy I am that I am no longer experiencing issues with my service now! If you need support with your t-mobile phone I highly recommend this location!

This is definitely the BEST T-Mobile around. I’ve been to two others locations, and this one is by far the most helpful and friendly. The workers go out of their way to help you and ensure you’re taken care of. Staff is also very friendly and outgoing. You can also count on getting out in a reasonable amount of time. Beckie and Julio took care of me, and they’re a great duo! Thank you so much! :)

Love this location not very busy, my rep took there time made sure I understood everything and although I didn’t come for everything I left with, I didn’t feel swindled. Great offers for things I wanted already!! Thanks Rosie and Aleks!!

Dropped into this store to do an upgrade to the Note 8. The manager Nick is definitely the most knowledgeable when it comes to technical aspects of each phone makes, his friendliness and customer service were above and beyond all expectations. Thanks Nick for making my experience a great one!! I’ll absolutely be sending my friends and family, that are local, your way!! T-Mobile is a great wireless company and this store is an incredible representation of this company and their standards!

Courtney was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. When purchasing the phones. The manager Becky was extremely friendly and reminding my family on social distancing. Justin went out of his way to help transfer a phone I was struggling with. I highly recommend this store!

Beckie and Carly are hands down the people you need to see. They transferred everything on my phone in no time at all, gave their complete attention to my task, and helped me start to finish. Even took time to show me some cool stuff around the store.

Giorgia helped us get through all the steps we needed to get one last phone put on our new T-Mobile account. She maintained her professional bearing despite some small snags (all to do with us, not her) and a somewhat reactive and vocal customer. Giorgia also helped show us the differences in the two phones I was interested in. She took the initiative to show the exact specification details in comparison. I suppose having overheard a few questions I wondered aloud about, she could tell I was a more discerning customer and had everything up and ready to show me on the computer. I was impressed. All of our needs were well met and I do believe Giorgia shows tremendous natural abilities and holds much potential in both sales and customer service. Thank You! ps The store looks very good, too.

The Hanover location is by far the best T-mobile location customer service wise. Carly is absolutely fantastic and never fails to help my family flawlessly anytime we come in. Carly and the store manager Becky are the people to see whenever you need assistance!

The customer service here is unmatched! Chris helped me tonight and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for all his work. Between him and the other guy working, they took the time to talk to us and actually listened to what we were saying. I am very happy with my purchase and above all Chris called me back a few hours after I left to make sure everything was working!

We have been with Tmobile for over 5 years. We Love it. The staff at the mall, Becky and her staff are great to deal with and very helpful. I just added 2 new lines last week, to our already 4 lines. Becky suggested the new samsung phones which were Free. Tmobile is gr8.

I have dealt with Beckie numerous times. She has been extremely helpful with all of my difficult needs. She is the person to go to for all of your Tmobile needs

I walked in with smart watches off of Groupon and Ryan helped me activate them and was very helpful. He even called the next day to make sure the watch was still working and made sure it had continuous service.

T-Mobile service is great in Hanover, Littlestown for the most part, Gettysburg, and York. Those are the places I go to and have used the service. The buy one get one free (BOGO) deals are usually done via a mail-in rebate or direct account credits, but they are always really good. They also offer device balance/phone contract buy outs!

T-mobile of North Hanover Mall was very helpful and helping me relocate my label to mail back my old phone. Even tho I didn’t buy my phone at that store they went above and beyond to help me out they did a great job!

Everybody is very knowledgeable and eager to help.
