The staff is so nice! I wasn’t sure what to get looking at a loaded menu so I asked. I bought everything she recommended and I’m so glad I did. 10/10 recommend.

I order and stop in often. Today Amanda went above and beyond and did not have to at all for my online order that took about an hour to get picked up. I appreciate her for remaking our smoothies before they finally got picked up for delivery. She made sure we were taken care of and had great service! ☺

I go almost every day and get my regular smoothie and they all know my name and order. Very nice people. Pretty quick for all they have to do. Love the taste and great customization. A little pricey but definitely worth it. And they always tell me about their sales and coupons especially when they apply to me. Amanda the manager is very attentive and always working hard. She makes my day every time.

I just want to shout out AMANDA for being an incredible representative of her store with superb customer service. She informed me that with the purchase of any food item I would get a free smoothie.. what stands out here is she is SOLO in the shop and could of just made my smoothie order (less work) but went above and beyond. We proceeded to chat for 5 mins and I was just super impressed with her. In an age where everyone likes to take advantage of service workers and claim "no one wants to work.". I don't believe that for a second! Here's to you Tropical Smoothie, you're BLESSED to have Amanda. Thanks again!

I visit this location ALOT and have been slacking on writing this review but this week has been one of the hardest weeks of my life and my visit today made me feel so much better ❤ I came in right before closing which I felt bad for but John as always put a a big smile on my face. That boy literally brightens up the room with his smile every time I see him. He has absolute fantastic customer service. He left me a little note on my cup which I didn’t even see till after I left. I definitely needed it.❤❤

I came in Saturday I think and ordered the usual smoothie and my daughters smoothies, but this chia boost had an extra ingredient in it plus there were chunks of ice. It must've been a new employee. I called in an Jeremy had great customer service: was empathetic towards my feelings and then refunded my order.

For the record, I get smoothies here almost everyday and the way I was treated was fantastic. I will continue ordering from u guys! Keep up the good work!

Awesome smoothies available here. I tried the Blimey Limey which is made from strawberry, pineapple, orange and lime. Loved it.

Love the Blimey Limey with added banana and mango! NOTE: The prices are high though-- you could make a smoothie at home for a lot cheeper! However if you are on the go there are great!

I got a smoothie and the wife got a shrimp quesadilla. Both were very tasty and decently priced. Took them a little while to make them, but I guess at least they were freshly made. Friendly staff and decent parking area.

Staff is always friendly along with the manager. My food & smoothie are always so good!!! Love ordering ahead on the app for easy & fast pickup. My order is always efficient, hot & ready!! Keeps me coming back to this location.🙂

I tend to order once a week from here and am always happy with the service, but yesterday topped it for me. My son had been sick and was at the doctors office, he had a confirmed case of Flu A. His dad and I were both tired and ordered lunch to be picked up. Unfortunately, our son needed to have a chest X-ray. (He’s ok! 🤎) Our food had been sitting at this point for a good 45 minutes. I called to cancel my order and understood if they couldn’t but the manager, Amanda was very kind, canceled my order and wished her concerns for my son. Thank you for your amazing customer service and treating customers as family! You could’ve been annoyed by this but chose to be compassionate! 🤎🤎

Amanda made my visit a Pleasant experience that I have not got at other tropical smoothie locations in the area . She very helpful and smoothie was great . Will definitely be back.

The staff here is just lovely!! I ordered my smoothies online and accidentally ordered to the wrong store. The Perrysburg location was so quick to make my order and they did it with a smile on their faces!! Thanks ladies!!!

Delicious smoothies and I love the chicken wraps there too. Go for da Bahama mama with whey and it will light up your taste buds. Flavorful without being overpowering

The smoothies were very good and the staff for the most part was very pleasant! Capriana was very nice and did a great job with our smoothies! The girl at the register looked annoyed and was not very friendly, but it was overall a great experience!
