Heav'nly Donuts

The breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and pastries are awesome. The iced coffee is great and comes in a huge size if you need a big caffeine boost. The breakfast sandwiches are made fresh and are really big. Same with the donuts and pastries. It's always worth going there. You can't go wrong!

Location is well organized, there’s even outdoor seating. Tried their specialty, the iced mocha blast, it was delicious. First time there this morning, there was a long line but it was quiet. We just sat and ordered through the store’s app, which is brilliant! I can sit home to order and then pick it up as I live nearby.

We came yesterday almost at closing time because my 4-year old wanted a donut and a hot chocolate, even though they were closing everybody were so nice and affectionate. Gina was the sweetest. My son went home more than happy.

The donuts are amazing. I love the red velvet donut holes and the Boston Creme donut. The servers are very friendly and it's a well run chain. The iced coffee is also made with infused beans instead of flavoured syrup so it's very good and worth trying. They also have a huge variety of flavours of both donuts and coffee, and the price is great.

You know why you're going.... don't let this review stop you - GO! Breakfast sandwiches, muffins, donuts and more. Had a tea instead of coffee so I can't vouch for the java. Others had hot cups and my friends had the cold caloric kind which they enjoyed. Quick and courteous staff at this wrll-managed spot.

I usually go into a donut shop and order my food then leave...but this place has ambience I looked around at the cleaniness , the counter help being so nice and they had a fireplace that was very peaceful. I had the ultimate little town in New England moment. Sandwich was awesome and I ordered a jelly donut to go. 2 big thumbs up.

Heav'nly should be proud of this location. The staff are very upbeat and professional. The inside is very clean and has a very welcoming feeling. There is a nice fire place in the seating area. Very comfortable. The pastries, coffee and donuts are absolutely delicious. Excellent service.

I haven't had the donuts here in a while, but last time I did they were good. Not on the level of a crazy gourmet donut, but definitely a cut above Dunkin Donuts. The real reason I come is for the iced coffee. So good! Love it. The flavors are brewed as well, not shots (but they may have some available) so you don't have a lot of extra sugar.

Heav'nly Donuts is AWESOME. Why anyone choose Dunkins over them is beyond me. Local, family-owned and friendly service. They don't mess up your orders and they have service with a smile. Their breakfast sandwiches are loaded with meat and served on fresh made bagels and croissants. They have great muffins, donuts, donuts holes, and dozens of flavored iced coffee.

Skip the chains and stop into Heav'nly for your coffee and breakfast fix. My usual is a blueberry cobbler iced coffee and a HUGE apple fritter. You really can't go wrong with any of the selections they have. They offer a great variety of coffee flavors and their pastry options are incredible. Donuts, muffins, sandwiches...so good. It may not count for much with some, but I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Everyone there has a good rapport with every customer and everyone feels like a "regular." Keep up the great work!

Even when busy the staff is always friendly. Also probably make some of the best iced coffee I've had in years. I highly recommend the Banana Nut Bread coffee flavor; I tried it on a whim and it's delicious.

They are heavenly! The food is amazing. Between the melt in your mouth donuts to the mouth watering muffins. The coffee selection is kinda like a northern, not as large selection style Marylou's coffee. But they far outweigh dunkins and starbucks. They are great people too... I had gotten a tea walked out to my car and dropped it.. Walked back in another woman served me so I paid for a new tea. The previous woman handed me my second tea and asked what happened.. I told her I dropped it and she refunded me my money. They are really good people there. You wouldn't be upset walking into this place!

Favorite Heavenly Donuts. I don't work or live near it anymore, but I take any chance I've to go there and get my coffee and goodies. These people ARE SO BUSY (because they are the best of course!), and yet they are so fast, that I'm always in awe of how the heck they do it. I appreciate all the work they do, and they are amazing ♥

Fast service, can't say anything bad about the place. Donuts are the best, coffee selection are many, l drink mine black, sandwiches are really good, home made style. It beats the other coffee shop in town.

Love the place, and I specially love the cotton candy coffee free flavor. Love the donuts but if you are going in the morning I would recommend getting there extra early because the line gets too long but it goes by quickly sometimes. Favorite place of all time.

Super polite and friendly staff. Had a small hiccup with my online order, but it was rectified. The manager was incredible. I've been here once a day during my vacation in MA. Totally worth it. This is by far my favorite location.

Best coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches around! They have an enormous selection of iced and hot coffee flavors on their standard menu, with new and seasonal flavors constantly being rotated in, making every visit a new and exciting experience even for regular customers who go several times a week. All breakfast sandwiches are made from scratch, served hot (not always an easy quality to find), not messy or greasy, and they don't skimp on the meat, so you'd be hard pressed to find a better sandwich even in a sit-down restaurant. Taking into consideration Heav'nly's reasonable prices, and their efficient, friendly service, there's very little left to be desired. Although I'm posting on the North Andover Heav'nly's page, my review can apply to all Heav'nly shops I've visited, as I've received the same exceptional level of service and quality from each location, and I've been to almost all of them!
