I need a car part that I need now, I go to O'Reilly's. they always got what I need. they usually give me the right part lol.

Amazing staff. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend this establishment because the service was top knotch. An example of this was how this one guy, (I forgot his name) went above and beyond by providing me some technical guidance and info on an issue where my car burned through a lot of oil.

Employees are always helpful in helping me find whatever part(s) I need no matter what they are.

Can get you what you need. Great friendly crew. They listen to what you need. Tim & Melissa are always most helpful. Great place to get your auto parts on South Willow & the folks on 10th Street are just as helpful.

Friendly environment. Great customer service. Pretty quick to help. Very honest people, not just trying to make a sale but actually taking time to try and help. An employee took time after work to research a problem I'm having with my car. I call that loyal to your customers. He did not have to do that he could have told me whatever just to get me out of the store. I will be a repeat customer there for sure!

My wife and I were traveling to Nashville for a doctor's appointment. We stopped in Cookeville, TN to grab a bite when we noticed a headlight was out.
We located the nearest O'Reilly's and drove there.
The asst. manager (I think his name was Scotty) not only helped me locate which bulb I needed, he also assisted us and helped replace the bulb. We were soon back on the road with both headlights shining and lighting the way.
When you come across somebody as nice and helpful as this gentleman was, they deserve to be recognized.

Tim is by far the most amazing parts associate. While my husband and I were traveling from Nashville to Knoxville for the holidays we had a wheel bearing go out at 6:30 in the evening and after calling around with no luck from shops in the area we went to O’reilly who were able to get ahold of a mobile mechanic, CW mobile repairs. We were back on the road in about an hour and half with the most kind, sincere, and over all best service we have ever received from an auto parts store. This store will hands down most definitely be out 1st stop if we ever have trouble half way again.

Had to get a new alternator for my Duramax she wasn't charging my batteries anymore got a remanufactured one 105 amp for 125 plus tax and 25.00 core charge not bad

Quality products and customer service. The manager was extremely helpful in determining whether I had single or dual piston calipers for choosing the right brakes for my car. Knowledgeable and great service!

These folks were recommended by the man who does all the work on my mom's old Subaru. The store manager went out of his way to help her get the right battery for her car and they were cheaper than some of the competition. Thanks!

These guys are cool. They sold me a nice deep cycle battery for a converted power wheels jeep. No joke. They thought it was just as funny as I did.

I like O'Reillys they always have a pretty good selection of parts and accessories. They're staff is pretty good for the most part. Some need a little more automotive training and computer training. Other than that they are good guys and they will get you what you need with a little help.

We had to have our car towed to the O'Reilly's at nearly closing on a Saturday night. It was near freezing and raining. But the O'Reilly's staff was so responsive and helpful, installing a new battery in our car out in this miserable weather. They got us up and running in no time. Thank you to the fellow in the Cookeville O'Reilly's on Willow Rd! We sure appreciate it!
