I love Ulta so much for all their great deals and products, but this particular Ulta location I am so impressed with every single time I go here. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly not only for a beauty store, but for any store, this place exceeds customer service standards by far. I will always choose this location just for the amazingly friendly staff. 🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡

I went to another location and had the worst experience in the world, I called this location and the lady was so nice on the phone she booked with Alex, let me tell you about Alex she is wizard of some sort amazing! She’s beyond amazing and she’s going to have such bright future! Alex went above and beyond to make me feel better and did amazing job she understood exactly what I wanted and just was amazing! I highly recommend her I’m so happy

Love this Ulta! THEY HAVE THE GOOD MAKEUP - and can give you great color suggestions!

I was able to run in and get some makeup for under $30 to turn about 60 of our Lake Orion cycling team into zombies!

Also - they have whatever you need for your makeup needs or your dancer's makeup needs!

Shout out to Jamie @ the brow bar on the floor tonight 12/9/23 at the Auburn Hills store. Amazing 👏! Jamie took on me, my mom and my sister. All new makeup. Finding our shades and so much more. It wasn't easy with some of us. Lol! Jamie

I've had my hair done at this Ulta back in 2019 and they did a great job. Just went back today and Victoria did an even better job! They were so nice, the environment was friendly, and I was well taken care of! These stylists know what they're doing and are making a fantastic use of their talents. Victoria is a miracle worker at the least!! Thanks so much to everyone at Ulta!

My hair appointment with Alex was phenomenal! She made me feel very welcome and helped me through every question I had about my hair to the best of her ability. She made me feel like a new person coming out of there! I did not know I was going to be this pleased and I mean that in the very best way possible. Got my brows done by Raevin. She was very thorough, gave me a mini facial and gave me recommendations for different skincare techniques. She took her time and gave me a sample of the face cream she used on me. Loved it!

The staff here are amazing! Always friendly and eager to help...even this old lady pushing her walker (me lol). The store's always spotless and well-stocked. It's just a nice shopping experience, something that's becoming increasingly uncommon. A special thanks to Haley who always goes above and beyond!!✨

I wish I had gotten the names of the two ladies that helped me so that they could be recognized as going above and beyond. It seems that my normal coverup stick from bare minerals has been discontinued, and these ladies went out of their way to help me find another brand that offered the same kind of product, and the one girl helped so much with finding the right shade for me, I mean she really took her time (in a good way) to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I never go through this much trouble myself, let alone make someone else go through the trouble of doing it for me, but I am so far from being a beauty expert, I don’t know where to even start. I definitely feel like the staff at Ulta (at least at this location) far outweighs the staff and help I’ve had at any Sephora. They not only were very knowledgeable about the products, but were also intent on helping me find exactly what I needed. I will no doubt be returning here for all of my beauty products in the future. Outstanding customer service, I would not recommend going anywhere else for beauty products.

I love Ulta. It is my happy place!! The store is always very clean, organized, and very helpful staff. Whether you are looking for high-end, or budget-friendly products, they have it. I love the Ulta brand eye shadow primer.

My daughter and I went in to smell Chanel no 5 to see what the hype was all about, needless to say we chose something else but the woman that helped us was amazing she was like our personal assistant getting to know us and what smell we were looking for, wish I could remember her name she was awesome!

I got my makeup done for my sons wedding, my makeup artist RANA was absolutely amazing, great personality, welcoming and professional!!! Definitely will go back to see her on future special occasions!

The entire staff understands what customer service is. I was happily greeted, Kenny took his time helping me with what I wanted, and I received a bunch of free samples to try. Excellent experience!
