Metro by T-Mobile

I like the staff in this Metro. They are very very professional, I highly recommend this store. I came to upgrade my phone and the price was accurate with the price online, they gave me a case and screen protector with a big discount.

Just went there today to get my ACP benefits added to my account. The manager not only bilingual but he was AMAZING. He also had time to train the bilingual sales associate while he helped me with my account. Then he took a picture of his screen with my phone to verify that he had done his job. No greater service than this. Must go here again!!!

This is how all Metro by T-Mobile stores should opperate! This IS a ♡corporate office♡ !
John went above ( and beyond ) every other Metro "store" I have been to, all of course were not corporate. All of your Metro by T-Mobile stores should be corporate.
If they belong to you, T-Mobile, you should MAKE THEM ALL BE AS GOOD AS THE NEXT ONE.
1Helpful Got it to work, and showed me how in a pinch, I could at least make a call when it screws up again- and it will, it did, and 1 more month I will purchase one worthy of the company's name and reputation ( both vendor/carrier) YOUR REPUTATION is at stake here Samsung & T-Mobile
