The 7-11 in my neighborhood (corner of Delaney & Dale Blvd), IS THE BEST 7-11 IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA. They folks who work there are empathetic, forgiving, kind, professional, courteous, and honest.

Apple Pay doesn’t work properly here.. it’s been the same for like 2 years never fixed. Also, every time I see a customer have issues with Apple Pay (or me) the manager acts like he does not know about it & it’s only the customers fault although the same problem happens often.. very awkward for the customers. Be honest that your Apple Pay does not work properly. The equipment is old. So if you go & your Apple Pay doesn’t work that’s why. It will work at every other store but not at 7/11.

This place is awful! You have to fill the cappuccino machine yourself. The receipt in the the gas pumps don’t work and the employees behind the counter act like the customer should be thankful that the employees are there. FIX THE GAS PUMP RECEIPTS! When you ask them to put paper in it the response is “we do” then they say the problem is the paper keeps getting stuck. SO FIX IT! The only reason I keep trying is because this gas station is right around the corner. It has been months since this happened and every time I go back I think maybe they fixed but then I pump gas and nothing. Thinking it’s just a way to get customers inside to buy something. Well, they have succeeded in making this customer upset. There are plenty of 7-11’s in the area. Might try again every now and then to see if they eventually fix it. Manager seems to be ok but still has not done anything about the gas pumps or is it the owner???
