Very polite and welcoming people! Its a very neat and clean place. When my kids didnt like their specially ordered smoothies, Paresh went ahead and made us new ones without any extra cost. I would definitely recommend this location for their humbleness and appreciative attitude!

I've been to this location multiple times, and it never fails to impress me. The store is clean, the staff are extremely friendly, and the food is excellent. They make sure you feel welcome and that your food is always correct. This location surpasses all of the other locations in the area! Will continue to come back :)

I had never heard of Tropical Smoothie before, but apparently it's a chain. Speaking to this location, we walked over on a whim one day in early summer, and have been back many times since!

First time here and I asked a lot of questions and the staff was patient and knowledgeable. Fresh ingredients. Lots of choices. Smoothies and healthy food options. A little pricey but what QSR isn’t these days?

They serve more than smoothies!!!! Staff was excellent, food was even better! I purchased the Chicken Salad sandwich and got the apple kale slaw for my side. I liked the tropical twist on both of these menu items.

I had an issue trying to redeem a reward for a free smoothie on the app. It accepted the reward but upon checking out and paying it said that there was an issue with the reward and cancelled my order. So, I placed another order but the reward was no longer listed. I stopped in to Tropical Smoothie Cafe to pick up my new order and mentioned the issue to the manager. The manager was very quick to apologize and offered me the smoothie I had attempted to order for free. I was very appreciative. The food and customer service at this location is awesome!

The BEST trop smoothie in the metro. I have been to multiple and this location is so consistent with their cleanliness and kindness.

I live near this restaurant and it is my go-to whenever I want to get something healthy on the go. The app is so convenient and their point system actually translates into real rewards. I order ahead and it's ready quick. They're also very kind and the vibe is nice for a lunch date with a friend.

This is the BEST place for a smoothie. Wayyyy better than Smoothie King.
And delicious food too. I've tried several different sandwiches and soooo good every time. Fresh ingredients.

The place is nice and clean and the service was normal. The food there was delicious and I'm happy to see that they do catering. I got a strawberry banana smoothie and I love it! Its not too sweet and it doesn't taste artificial. The mixture was perfect. Definitely going there again.

If you're looking for tasty, healthy food and fantastic smoothies, get to Tropical Smoithie Cafe! The staff at this location are super friendly, along with being dedicated to getting your order right! The food was absolutely delicious (we had the Thai bowl and the chicken salad sandwich) and were the perfect size! We will definitely be back!

We stopped in for dinner after meeting the owner at our school fundraiser. I'm so happy to see healthier options for quick meals! My kid's enjoyed the simple kids menu and the chocolate banana smoothie. The Thai Chicken bowl was great, we will be back to try more of their food & smoothies!
