We have been frequenting this Starbucks for 4 years. Toni-Ann was one of the first associates to provide exceptional service. We hope she is the start of a new trend at this location.

What can I say, it's Starbucks. They work well together like an well oiled machine. Also, Santa paid for my order today. I felt pretty darn special.. 😃🥰🤩😍😂🤝🙏 Thank you, Santa!! Happy holidays all!!

This is by far the best Starbucks on the north side of the city. I’ve been coming here for the past year straight. The manager here is delightful and everyone is trained well.

Just had the warmest welcome ever received at a restaurant EVER! The older gentleman whom served me today had nothing short of charisma and compassion overflowing into my deliciously made Iced Mocha which was definitely the best coffee one could have ever asked for, THANK YOU!!!

Usually a wait: but they have never messed up an order yet- well not drastically anyways. Always friendly.. my order has always been ready 100% of the time when I pre order it—so never have I ever had to wait or has there been a wait when I do that- unless I choose to pickup my pre-order in the drive through- which then usually 8/10 times there is a short wait- but I’m okay with that. - so those moms who need. Five min extra out of the house errand to run— this is my go to. 😌

Fast and delicious coffee! Great ambience lots of parking spots and seating options!

This morning, September 23 around 9, I visited this Starbucks. I come here often. It was jammed up inside and much more crowded than usual. Most of the customers were placing orders and leaving such as myself. The main delay was so many food orders. Staff members calmly explained there were only so many warming devises and they were doing all they could.

Even though the crowd was somewhat overwhelming, the crew here did a FANTASTIC job with all customers even the ones that were impatient. Job well done and excellent customer service under adverse circumstances.

500,000 star rating Each and Everytime!!!! 😊 Inside and outside is alway's so soo sooo pleasant!! I actually forgot my wallet 🤦🏽‍♀🤦🏽‍♀one time and they were generous enough to cover my tab. When I came back to cover what I owed they wouldn't take my money at all. So I tipped them generously. This is exactly why I select this location Starbucks over any other place. Plus they make my drinks and snacks PERFECT single everytime!!!! ❤💜❤

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday and am greeted with kindness and generosity every time. Even on days when the baristas are clearly overworked and understaffed, they do their best to make sure everyone gets what they need and that it’s done with a smile. I hate seeing such negative reviews in regards to things that are simply out of their control (ie: shortages/outages in syrups or sandwiches) and I hope that someone higher up will heed those complaints and take the necessary steps to bringing those items back into rotation. Even just so the staff no longer has to deal with the disappointment and anger from customers that are unable to order what they came for. Thank you to all the staff at the Dunwoody Village location for doing what you can to make the experience as smooth and wonderful as possible during these trying times

The baristas are really great here. They make an effort to get to know the regulars. This location is cozy and there are always a lot of people working, relaxing or having meetings. It can get a little noisy but manageable with headphones.

Drive thru service is always good and the staff is super friendly! Barista Kyle takes my order in the mornings and is the man! I did attempt to go in and order one Friday morning and it was a madhouse, so I'd recommend the drive thru. One time when they ran out of my regular egg feta wrap they gave me something for free. Love these guys

You guys have to come n and try their smoothies. They are healthy for you.They have the best smoothies trust me I know

This location is on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd by the Walgreens. It used to be a bank. This is my second time coming here and both times the batistas have been very nice and talkative,very polite. My drinks were made perfectly and I was greeted and said goodbye to. I will definitely come back.

A.B. and Tina are the best! Love these guys! They're always careful and very considerate. I don't worry if there's a long line in front of me because they're so quick!
