Panera Bread

I asked for some more mayo to be added to my tuna sandwich no problem and she helped me choose something my liked and granddaughter made her selections .
Service with a smile. Dunwoody area.

Stopped by for breakfast. It was not overly crowded between 7:30 and 10am

Nice selection of breakfast items to choose. I had the oatmeal and a fruit cup. The order was prepared quickly but they forgot my fruit cup. Had to ask 2x. Not a big deal. They provided it without question.

The food was tasty and plentiful. Plenty of parking ad the atmosphere was clean and inviting.

I had a situation come up where I needed a receipt from about a month ago and Jackie was very patient and helpful in finding it.

The food was already good, but a friendly and helpful staff will always have me return.

Good service, good food. New decor seems stark. This makes atmosphere seem less welcoming from the past.

I find myself always picking up pizza from here when my significant other wants soups.
Food is always good. I just have never seen bread thrown in a bag anywhere other than here. No bag or wrapping, just thrown in.
I suppose that is just a Panera thing.

I’m gonna make this my go to Panera Bread from now on! The customer service was great and of course, the food was even better 😄. I ordered from the You Pick Two menu. I got a roasted turkey BLT sandwich with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, and an iced chai tea! Yummy!

I can not say enough kind words about the staff at the Dunwoody Panera. Audrey actually remembers my name when I walk through the door. For as busy as this location is, I have never heard any of the staff rude or gruff. The staff works so well together and I have always had great service. Well done managers. Your crew is awesome.

Warm and inviting atmosphere! I’ve been to a lot of Panera Bread locations and I think this one really made me feel like I was home. The team is so kind and caring, they really converse with you and get to know you. After ordering we didn’t wait too long for our food, everything tasted amazing!

I really like this location. One of the server Audrey is amazing. She is an artist when it comes to toasting bagels... She gets it just like you want. She doesn't get annoyed for requesting something you are paying for. Amazing customer service she provides. It's nice to be able to walk into a place and see a friendly smile. The others are also nice but Audrey makes it a warm friendly place.

I like this location. Its clean and the workers are very nice. I ordered and was back in my car within 10mins. The parking lost was easy to get in and out of as well. I had no clue that this location was so close to me but I will definitely be back.

I placed my to-go order a little over week ago for the steak and cheese sandwich, flatbread pizza, and half caesar salad. After requesting no croutons twice via phone, I still managed to get them plus no caesar dressing. I shared this with a manager named Jacqueline (aka Jackie) and she said I'll get it on house next time. Next time became this week but it was another Jackie present and she went above and beyond for me. I not only received my salad (of course with no croutons and dressing included) but got drinks on the house for the inconvenience, plus I got chicken in the salad. The best part: her generosity and customer service was superb all while they were busy! Thanks so much Panera Bread off Mount Vernon Road in Dunwoody. It corrected the mishap in so many ways!!! I send a special salute to the Jackies of the world at this location. :)

Good, no GREAT food superior baked goods ( the best Bear Claws and Scones.) Superior customer service. Good prices and breads. Run don't walk to any Panera.

I placed an order online and as I was on the way the manager called me and let me know that the online order was off with the amount of bakery items they had and wanted to know if I could substitute I agreed and when I got there was able to get an extra bagel, which was awesome bc I needed breakfast for the next day. Didn't get a name but the manager with the British accent was awesome. I was on my way home sitting at a red light and I decided to take a look at the receipt and it said no meat on the sandwich I ordered. I immediately called back and explained what happened and he said no problem we will make your sandwich right no problem. This was the best customer service I have received in more than ten years. I will definitely be back to this restaurant again. He went out of his way to make me happy with dining here. This manager deserves recognition for his awesome customer service and great attitude.

This was the first Panera Bread that I started going to. The service is great and the food is fresh. The only thing I would improve is to alert customers of the reward point system. I missed out on so many points. I have made at least 7 visit, since first visiting two weeks ago.

My wife and go almost every Sunday for breakfast. Great bagels and breads. There have been issues with acuracy in preparing our orders so look at your receipt. I can see they are aware of this and are doing better.

Yummy vegan lentil bowl and great seasonal salad. Baguette is vegan, too.

Very clean and accommodating! They confused my order with someone else's and replaced it immediately. I will say lunch is always crazy here and there isn't enough parking, so I'd recommend going after 1 when it starts to die down.
