Honestly loved going here for the small amount of time I was in CT. Despite it being in the middle of the mall, the kiosk is almost comfy, as it’s a safe haven away from all the shouting and noise usually around. When I went to the kiosk, this very friendly worker asked me what I was like, she was even kind enough to draw smiley faces on the drinks. It’s customer service like that that’ll make you stay going somewhere for a longgggggg time. When I got my drink I was astounded at just how amazing the flavor was. When I am back in CT I will be sure to visit Gongcha again as well.

The Customer service was excellent, couldn't have asked for more. Would recommend if you like bobas. I would definitely come back again.
