Traditionally I'm a customer of the Canton store but happened to stop in this location while at work. Really knowledgeable staff, nice inventory selection and plenty of devices.

Little pricey but the people are energetic and helpful. There is also a small lounge space if you want to hang out there for a minute

I love this place I can get what I need and the workers are always friendly! They'll have everything you need from mods to CBD vapes.

Got very detailed vape information/education from staff as well as a happy customer who happened to be there... great selections, great atmosphere. I'll be back. I highly recommend this place.

I've never seen so many vapes at once ever! They had everything, vapes, flavours and even gummies! they were very helpful, friendly and I had a good time chilling with them waiting for my ride.

Great place very patient. I am new at the electric cigarette and vapeing then . The guy really took time and patience and help me thru the process. Thanks for the help would recommend this store to everyone very impressed with the customer service. I'm a business owner myself and this is what I want from my employees.

Always very friendly and helpful. Good supply of juices, but not quite as wide as it used to be. Hardware selection is quality stuff, but there's not nearly as much of it as there use to be. I suspect that both of these are COVID related and things will return to normal through 2021. Still my go to spot as the staff is always awesome and they get me out the door quick. Great spot to have here in cleveland.

Very educational and informative staff. I went in for the first time and basically told him my habits, needs and job requirements and he hooked me up with a package and recommendations that I was comfortable with! Even though I am sporadic with this vice, I am very happy with this purchase and will recommend to anyone else who is looking (and return myself)

10/10 best shop. Ryan could have a longer beard to match bills energy, but you'll have that on those big jobs.

I check out a lot shops, you folks are the TOPS. You've have plenty space (I don't feel crowded ) things aren't stacked crazy everywhere. You guys really watch the store. You acknowledge and greet people when they come in and when they leave. Best of all, your up on your current events and have some great insights!

I went in today for the first time and I was greeted by Ty. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products on hand. He explained the difference between the products and also suggested the best one for what I was looking for. He made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Tyson and Ryan are good men that give great service. First visit to the store and I felt welcomed and treated respectfully. The merchandise selection was what I needed and there was allot of variety. This will definitely be my new regular spot.

Awesome atmosphere... Seems like they play dubstep and chillstep but haven't stayed long enough to check out the whole playlist. There's a long bar with many, many flavors to sample (for free), and most are available in several nicotine percentages and pg/vg options. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and there's no pressure to buy - you can just hang out if you like - and they have a pool table to back up the chill atmosphere. Prices aren't bad for a walk-in store. For newbies they'll let you know what the best mod kits are, and for pros they have parts for any kind of customization. They even have 'menus' to peruse from with ample descriptions of flavors. Superior to head shops, in my humble opinion. I'll keep coming again and again!!!

This is my favorite and only vape shop I go to. They always have everything I need and have very good prices compared to other stores. The staff is super friendly and can anwser any question. Highly recommend above any other shop!

Try before you buy done well. Staff seems to want you to be happy with your choice of liquid above all else. Equipment selection is on par with other East side vape shops. Regulars might be a bit odd, but my choice for a return visit (nonlocal)

only shop I will give my business to. wide selection of juices, starter ecigs, and advanced mods. The guys who work there are extremely knowledgeable and will definitely get you set up with the setup right for you. outstanding customer service and great lounge atmosphere to hang out in.

I love coming here. Their staff is very friendly, they're more then willing to explain things to you and they have a amazing selection of juice that you can try before you buy.
