You simply MUST choose to speak with JOHN at this store because he knows his stuff! I was completely amazed at his level of paint color knowledge as well as color coordination. He was a great listener, asked excellent questions of me to help fine-tune what I was attempting to achieve. I left the store realizing I'd never ever spoken to paint/decor connoisseur ever before - until I met John.

The customer service here is absolutely fantastic. Morgan and the other gal, who's name I forgot, provided such prompt and knowledgable service. They had multiple customers in the store when I arrived and I swear it was like they were master jugglers - greeting everyone when the entered the door while simultaneously helping current customer, answering every single question that was thrown at them, and most of all, were incredibly friendly. I usually buy my paint from Home Depot but had my friend who is a painter recommend me go to SW for multiple reasons and now I totally understand why. Not only am I very happy with the SW paint color I chose for my house, but I am just an overall satisfied customer who wants to return! Great job taking care of your customers!

The paint is great quality, but I come here because the staff is exceptional. We have always gotten the help and advice we need to make every painting project successful.
The staff even held an educational event for our scout troop - they were very patient and great with the boys.

The staff is knowledgeable, there is a good selection of colors and supplies. Most important, while a gallon may cost more than a big box store, you use less and the results are excellent.

Bought a can of paint from them seven years earlier but did not tint it at the time. Seven years later, finally ready to paint a room, I brought the can in to be tinted the color we chose. No questions asked, and the paint was still good! Just don't let it freeze or get too hot and it's a great product.

Having great difficulty finding the right color of paint.....all the samples turned out a different color than expected. I learned a lot about the color gray from the salesman who was patient and kind and helped me pick out colors that would work.

Best quality of indoor and outdoor paint. Make sure to watch their sales as the 50% off sale is the best deal of the year. Wouldn't use any other paint in my house.

I never thought the best customer service I would get, would be at a paint store, but it be like that sometimes. I have to come here a couple times over the last few weeks, and every time they have been helpful, and gone above and beyond what I asked.

The employees all seem to know both the S-W product line and painting technique. I have been a customer of this store for four years and although there seems to be high turnover of personnel, all are knowledgable and cordial.

Obviously great paint, but they also have a nice business environment with informative reps who are always very helpful.

Only downside was a sketchy guy that was complaining about how he can’t even get high off of the low VOCs in a product.
Otherwise everything was fantastic!
