AT&T Store

Had a great experience there. Josh helped me lower my bill because I was basically overpaying and hooked me up with the last blue titanium iPhone 15 pro max they had and series 9 Apple Watch. Great customer service, this is my go to AT&T store from now on. Hopefully it’s always Josh in there when I go.

Rachel was super helpful! I bought my iPhone at Target and needed to go to the store twice and she helped me no questions asked even though it was not from their store. Amazing customer service! Thanks again for your help, Rachel!!! ♥✨♥

Josh was professional and patient while answering my questions. Walked me through the process and knowledgeable about the technologies and items that he sells. It was a quick 1 hour process. Love this area in Henderson!

Immediately, upon entering, I was greeted by AT&T employee Cody. He had a great personality and disposition. When I initially entered there was only one other customer but minutes later that number grew to five. Cody was the “sole” employee working yet he was doing an amazing job. Although, he couldn’t help everyone at the same time he acknowledged the customers advising them he would be with them shortly. Cody was efficient and professional, which, spoke volumes of his commitment to customer service. I’d ask that he be recognized in some fashion by his manager as well as those from the corporate office.

Elijah was incredibly helpful! He helped my father upgrade his cellphone and did it so smoothly and simply. He made sure my older father understood everything and was happy with what he got. I worked with Robert Diaz at this location. He was friendly, helpful, and got everything done with in the timeline I gave him as I had to return to work. He had my account moved and all set up with in the time that I needed. ATT is typically a headache. My experience here was not. Thank you for the help, I'm feeling nothing but gratitude.

My husband and I had a very positive experience. Our salesperson was Raena and she was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient. Raena was able to answer questions about the products and once we made our decision, she was extremely helpful transferring information and setting up our new phones.

I went into the AT&T store to get a new SIM card, as my family was switching providers away from Verizon. Dana helped me with the the SIM swap out. I called my mother's phone while in the store to tell her that my SIM card was completed, but found my mother's phone was disconnected. Dana offered to help by looking at our account and finding nothing wrong with my mother's phone line porting. Dana continued to help by calling AT&T customer service on our behalf and escalated to technical support. She also established an appointment time for my mom to receive technical support to troubleshoot. Dana also stated that the issue might just be a bad SIM card, which turned out to be the case.
In the world that we live in where customer service is diminishing, I cannot thank Dana enough for going above and beyond for my family. She is truly elite in providing great care for her customers.

I took my mom to this location to get her first new phone in years. Justin greeted us and was quick to answer questions and get us started on her new I-Phone. Dana who later took over for Justin was able to recover +500 photos my mom thought were lost for months...That just made my mom Super Happy. Thank you both tremendously for your great help and patience with all the questions we had!!!

Charles the store manager went out of his way to help me figure out a no service issue that turned out to be fraud. He spoke to the technical and fraud people and made really bad situation easier to deal with. Charles gave me suggestions on how to secure my account and explained all the steps I needed to take to clear up the fraud. So grateful for his excellent customer service.
