Been coming to this location for 20 years & have always been treated & serviced with efficiency & appreciation.
Training must be good because every employee does a great job,
The manager ,Pam goes out of her way to give you the service that you should get but don’t at other places.

They are helpful and courteous no many how many times I call. They help with heavy packages to my car without hesitation. They know our to handle crowds & assist everyone expeditiously.

I visit this UPS frequently, as I live around the area, and have never had an issue once. The staff here are very supportive and value customer satisfaction. I want to especially mention Bella, an employee, for helping and staying patient with me ship out my packages. I’m sad to see her leave, but I know that the other staff members are just as helpful as her. I definitely recommend this store because they provide service HASSLE FREE.

I have been using this UPS store for years! When I left the neighborhood and moved 15 minutes away I tried one closer to my home thinking all UPS stores would be the same -nope! This location has friendly, courteous customer service, they advise me on my best options, and move through customers quickly without sacrificing services. I choose to drive to this location because of their customer service! Other UPS stores should take note!

I had a great experience here after having a very negative experience at 9075 Eastern. They have way better management and training at this location and it shows. They restored my faith in UPS.

I absolutely love this UPS they are very fast friendly and very helpful they actually seem interested in trying to help you especially if you don't have a box they are very friendly to sometimes look in the back for example if I don't have a big enough Amazon box to return my stuff in and they don't charge you that nonsense for taping up your box like other UPS nearby that I've been to

I went in with a few boxes and the woman, I think her name was Pamela was so helpful and patient, giving me advice on how to ship my boxes. She went above and beyond in helping me.

The UPS Store is very well managed. The owners are very friendly and always available to help with more difficult needs. The staff is well trained and also greet customers warmly. The printing services are not only reasonably priced, of superior quality but jobs are completely promptly.

I highly recommend the UPS Store on Eastern to anyone needing a mailbox and a place to send packages too.

So much more convenient than the grocery stores and love the fact that they don’t require the shipping containers

This store provides excellent service and customer care. The staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The wide range of print/mailing services are executed promptly and meticulously. I love having a mailing address at this location because I am always notified when I receive a package and don't have to worry about missing a delivery. Also, I know my mail is secure. Overall, it is an extremely well managed and operated UPS Store.

Been an annually renewing box customer there since 2006. I love this store. They are always ready to help me, especially with heavy/awkward boxes. Very courteous and friendly people there. Welcoming atmosphere and all the services a small business person might need in a crunch. I have moved three times since 2006 and there have been UPS stores closer to me, but I won't change. They are right next-door to a Smiths too. Easy access for all my shopping and shipping needs.

Matthew's UPS store is definitely more than a great branded shipping business. Their printing services are top notch. I gave Matthew and his team a printing task with a time constraint that they fulfilled without any problems unknown to me. Later finding out that I provide the wrong type of file to best suit the product wanted. They did not hesitate to produce the product I ordered! It looked great, it was priced right, delivered on time, and best of all the service is outstanding. I highly recommend Matthew and his team!

First let me say we miss the 10624 Eastern Store! The Owners, Manager, and Staff were so professional, kind and efficient!!!
Due to a very sad situation we had to move and it was to far to travel to get mail or I would still be there!

The UPS Store we are at now the staff is polite but no comparison to the wonderful service we had at the S Eastern!
They know their customers, when they see you come in they immediately acknowledge you. If there is no line they start getting your items ready for you if you have a package.
You wont be disappointed if you use This UPS Store!

Excellent service! I went in to ship some packages via UPS and then realized they had printing services as well. I had them help me with some graphics for business brochures and handle the printing of them. They had fast service and the brochures came out really nice. As I am not computer savvy at all, it was a huge help. The brochures were done on the same day. Very pleased with the result and I will be using them again.

An excellent team that provides first rate service. I have done business with the UPS store for years and am impressed with the high quality and consistency of their work. Whether it is shipping, graphic design or print work, Matthew and Dave have built a great operation.

I'm in town for work and have had many unique and special requests. I've been helped by the owner as well as every member of his staff. Each one of them has made every effort to make things effortless as possible for me.

Since starting to do business with this store, I moved from Henderson to Centennial Hills. I STILL and will continue to make the trip across town to this store, because of how great they've treated me.

The team at this store is truly professional! you might expect some ho-hum bored employees shuffling your stuff around, but NOT here! These are quick efficient engaged people that want to and certainly do deliver a quality customer experience with your service needs in mind. I don't bother shopping around because the value of the service and the production quality outweigh any few pennies I might be able to save at some discount joint- my time is worth more, and that's real value!
