I had a great experience here. I ordered the Bacon & Sausage Egg and Cheese burrito and it was really good and a good size. I would return for sure. 8 out of 10 recommend.

The crew is amazing! It's awesome and welcoming and the staff knows your drinks and is the place where everyone knows your name!

All I'll say is, I wish coffee tasted as good as it smells! I love every Frappuccino from Starbucks! They never disappoint at all! Please keep up the great work, employees at Leland Town Center! Leland, NC

We order from here often and have always had great service. Our mobile orders are typically ready on time when needed for pick up. Plus our puppy also loves getting her Starbucks pup cup. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful. It's worth the 20 minute drive. Can't wait to get one here in Southport soon!

They have the new Partanna olive oil in stock that you can use to make your own Oleata beverages. This Starbucks has good coffee and consistent solid service.

I have a bit of a Starbucks obsession. I've tried making something similar to my favorite drink, but for whatever reason it never comes out close. I've visited many different locations in Wilmington and Leland, and this location is my favorite. I order the same drink every time, and this location is by the far the most consistent in giving what I've ordered. There are other locations where my hot drink is more lukewarm or not as sweet. I can count on this location to get it right every time. The staff there is incredibly friendly and organized. There have been quite a few times I've gone in to pick up a mobile order, and they are swamped. Regardless of being incredibly busy every batista remains calm and friendly as they pump out order after order. Definitely my favorite location.

Always sweet. Every time I call for my food allergy they are so sweet and understanding unlike the Dunkin nearby. Best Starbucks ever been to. Dunkin can suck on a PSL

Went through the drive through. Guy at window was great. They have good customer service there. The drinks are made well there as well. I will come back often.

I ordered an iced apple crisp macchiato with extra apple brown sugar syrup, caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino with 4 agfogato shots (I like it strong) and then I ordered peach green tea lemonade (light on the lemonade and extra peach)

I recently started working in the Leland area and love this Starbucks! All of the Wilmington stores have such a hard time getting my drink right and this store has gotten it perfect every single time! I would definitely recommend!

22Aug2021 - clean, friendly, cinnamon shortage so that's a bummer if you want a cinnamon dolce latte.

I had stopped off in another Starbucks this morning and let's just say they couldn't get my coffee right. I think the girl was new and she did try to fix it. They were very busy at the time so I took the incorrect coffee and left. On my way to work I stopped off at the Leland store and asked if they could just charge me for refill I really didn't want to pay $14 for one coffee the other one I certainly was not going to drink. I threw it out. The girl at the counter was amazing she said no it's on us today! And she made sure that our communication was correct made it exactly how I like it and that is what I call customer service! Even though it was not their store who had made the mistake she still held the company to standards and took care of her customer I respect that very highly!! So thank you Jazz for making sure my day was started with a good coffee and I'm sure my coworkers would thank you too lol. Also let me not forget the other associate that gave me the extra bit of sweet cream that I asked for as well at the end. I did not catch her name and I'm sorry but if you see this I Hope You know who You are you girls are amazing being in management myself I appreciate associates taking care of their customers no matter how busy you may be throughout the day or how tired you are for getting up so early and making all those coffee even us picky ones you are appreciated!

I really enjoyed being served by Kaitlyn. Her attitude was amazing, she was so polite and seemed genuinely happy to be serving me.

I LOVE Starbucks. They have the best coffee and delicious frappuccinos. I am so excited that we finally have one in Leland...they are great. They haven't been opened very long but I have been several times and they have wonderful friendly quick service. I highly recommend going to the new Starbucks in Leland!

Very convenient Starbucks location in Leland. All staff friendly, courteous, and helpful. Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas that were very neat and clean. Will definitely be back.

9 shot Americano to start my Sunday every week. Love my day off, and regardless of the price, I love me some Starbucks.

Customer service is great. And they have coffee. Coffee is always a plus. Also I get the bacon egg and cheese or the bacon gouda they are both great.
