Starbucks

The BOGO after noon today discount did not automatically happen. The male barista was very efficient and friendly as he credited the drink back to my account! The drinks and sandwich was very good!!

I have been going here almost everyday since they opened. I absolutely love everyone who works here. Super friendly and always great service. Love my starbs buddies ❤

This location is always fast and accurate. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Wow... Closed because of drainage issue, any other place would have turned us away but not this local Kings Mtn. Starbucks branch. Workers were outside offering FREE iced and hot coffee with cream sugar and assorted flavor pumps. That is service. That is starbucks. Thank you to Claire, Susan and all the other fine employees for being a caffeinated light in the plumbing darkness.

This is my first time at this Starbucks and boy oh boy it’s wonderful to be welcomed. The staff here are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly . They greeted us when we came in and made it known when we were leaving and told us to have a great day. If we had more ppl like this in this crazy world it would definitely be a much better place! Thank you for help making my day. If I’m in the are, we definitely be back 😊 be Blessed

This is the only Starbuck around that is not crazy too busy.people are always helpful and friendly.

While visiting my daughter in York, SC we visited Kings Mountain State Park and decided to venture to get Starbucks only to find it closed. The ladies that worked there were out giving away free black coffee in the drive thru, with some flavors and half/half because they had a water leak and it was being repaired. Thank you Starbucks for awesome customer service and offering FREE coffee. Your community won’t forget this!

This is the best Starbucks you'll ever visit! They have the best customer service I've ever witnessed. They are passionate about what they make and take pride in the work they do. Everyone is always pleasant! I'm not usually someone that goes to Starbucks because of the price, but this one truly is worth every penny for the customer service alone. I'd go everyday if I could! 💜

Great experience stopping here on the way from Georgia to Maine. All the employees were very nice and helpful. My cup was messed up and I forgot to ask for an iced latte. Coco remade my drink, got me wipes, and apologized even though it wasn't his fault at all. Great atmosphere. If I lived around here, this would be my go to Starbucks!

Had to go here after ordering a coffee at McDonald's. Where other places are hit or miss on the quality of coffee this place is consistently good!

It was a crew of all women working this afternoon. 5 stars to them. Great attitudes and overall phenomenal customer service. The drinks were made perfectly.

I've been to my fair share of Starbucks stores and these employees are some of the kindest I've met! They are always nice, cheery, and patient. They wish me a good morning and make conversation if I'm waiting for my drink. I am sure being a barista must be tough especially with the recent ingredient shortages, but these baristas don't let it affect their excellent customer service.

Barista with bright purple hair has good recommendations like cinnamon oat lattes. Honestly she deserves a raise. I threw a muffin at her head and she didn't even flinch just opened her mouth and swallowed it whole like a python and told me to have a nice day 👍 10/10 service
