Iman is awesome! Purchased home internet and upgraded my wife’s phone in early January, Mark the GM, promised me that he could match an online only promotion that was available with the home internet. Long story short, the promo was not matched in store; after going back and forth probably 15 times trying to get the promotion, Iman was the one that helped me every single time, spent countless hours calling Verizon reps, speaking with his superiors, being thoughtful and understanding of my situation each and every time. I know it wasn’t his doing , but he worked his butt off trying to get the promotion that Mark promised me. With no help from Mark, we were finally able to get the promotion items that were promised. Iman is a top notch individual and I will be coming back only because of him. Mark never attempted to call me, or reach out, or reconcile the situation, even though it was brought to his attention numerous times. If you come in this location be sure to have Iman help you. He’s the man.

The specialist was great and helped me with what I needed. Plz get this man some help he was there by himself working and it was busy so plz get him some help.

Iman and Maya were quite helpful with my iPhone upgrade. Fastest upgrade I’ve done so far. The Victra store in Anna had a good selection of phone cases and accessories.

I went to the store in Anna Texas Iman helped me he was able to get me the iPhone 15 plus and the Apple Watch was extremely helpful I will be back at that store to receive top notch customer services very great experience!

We had an amazing experience at this Anna location! Josh and Imam were both polite, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Even though it was starting to get busy, they addressed everyone who came through the doors and served them as quickly as possible! Thank you for a painless experience!

After more than 10 years away from Verizon, I finally came back. The business plans are a great deal for the nation’s fastest and most reliable network. Our sales rep was helpful and very knowledgeable.

We were helped by Iman M. His professionalism was like no other. Even though we walked in very close to closing. He did not make us feel rushed, at closing time he locked the door, and when we apologized for keeping him later, he told us not to worry, and proceeded to help us.

We were switching from another carrier to Verizon. There was a total of four phones, and he patiently, answered all her questions and concerns. The process took a long time, not because of him, but because of issues on our part, and yet Iman never made us feel like we were taking too much of his time.

After receiving our phones and doing the transfers, we went home, and had a few glitches, we called Iman, and he helped us through everything. We never felt like we were gonna be left to fend for ourselves.

We have referred this store to several people now, and plan to do the same with anyone who is interested and cell phones.

Excellent customer service and sales from this Verizon location in Anna. We are very pleased with the service we received from Josh and Inman. We cant thank them enough for the help in getting us set up with your cellular service. It was a little rocky at first but you guys managed to get it taken care of. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

This is my preferred Verizon store. Josh (& Iman) are both very congenial yet professional & knew how to make a stressful situation less stresful. After my Android literally died Josh got me set up
w/my new phone. Everything was seamless - no muss, no fuss.

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he did an amazing job! He is great at his job and knows what he is doing. He definitely needs to be recognized for his outstanding work here at the Anna Verizon.

This place was great! I was in there to get my new phone and it was just this one dude in there. He was doing his absolute best to take equal care of anyone in there. Will definitely go back !

The store manager Tim is a breath of fresh air in the ever changing world of cell phones. He made the frustrations and dread of switching from Android IOS to Apple an effortless process. You also get a quirky comedy show from the exchange. Thank you Tim for your patience and vast knowledge of tech to make what could have been a powerful migraine into a smooth landing.
