Had a great time! I had never been to a DXL before so I was delighted to be greeted by such friendly staff! When I told them I was new, they literally showed me around the place and "the ropes". They seemed excited to have me there and were very enthusiastic and helpful. You could tell they loved their job and that, in itself, is truly refreshing.

I was only going to look around quick, but I did buy quite a few things that my girlfriend absolutely loved on me soooo I will DEFINITELY be back for seconds! lol

Riley, the staff member working that day was exceptional at helping to find the right cloths and the right fit. Great store if your a bigger person. Good and comfortable atmosphere.

Riley at the Lake George NY store was very friendly, patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed and wanted. A few colors of shirts in my size were out of stock, but I was able to find one I liked.
Prices are a little high compared to some online stores, but being able to go to the store, pick out and try on what I want and leaving with it that day make it worth it.

We went in there just checking prices for now as there is a wedding in June and the Assistant Manager was amazing she was so helpful and her attitude was just wonderful. Definitely a good team... Thank you for the experience we will be back.

This was my first time shopping at your store and I was completely satisfied!!! Riley,(the associate) that was working that day went out of his way to assist me while I was there!!! Because of this, I probably spent more money than I wanted to but in the end, it was well worth it!!! I was amazed at the huge selections you had!!!

All I can say is Stephen is hands down one of the best Managers I've ever met at a DXL. His positive attitude and fabulous personality made me want to buy more. My wife and I throughly enjoyed shopping (which I normally hate doing) at this location because of Stephen. I highly reccomend shopping here!

I shopped here with a friend on Labor Day, I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who waited on us... he was hands down the BEST sales person I have EVER encountered at a DXL! I regularly take my friend shopping and we have been to 4 different locations in two states and we will definitely be returning here again and again because of the service we received from this very friendly and professional salesman! Amazing shopping experience. I was in and out of the store in under ten minutes. I found what I needed. The manager was extremely helpful and did not try to upsell me on anything else other than what i was there for. Very clean store environment.
