I'm a strong supporter of our local independent coffee shops. But if you're looking for a Starbucks store, this is a good one. Pro Tip: Get their app. Earn gold card status. Try everything they have to find your favorites. I like seeking out the lower carb options. The free range egg wrap with spinach is good. Consider buying the sandwiches and eating them open face for about half the carbs. Or just don't eat the bread at all. It's still delicious and filling. The Matcha Green Tea Latte is good.

I had accidently ordered from the "NL" store and instead of annoyed or frustrated employees, these gals today made a busy mom feel less embarrassed and got my order ready in a snap, WITH A SMILE. Thank you!!

This little gem is kind of hidden away it seems. I almost pass it every time I'm in the area lol.

The folks there are always very nice and the drinks they provide are to Starbucks standards. I haven't been inside. The parking lot is kind of small.

I asked the barista about the birthday coffee and if I have to have the app to get it (which I don't) and he said yes, but said he'd go ahead and give it to me anyway and he did! It was so sweet and definitely made my day! The barista who made my drink was also very nice and friendly

Hailee was super kind and patient with me. She jumped on to help while I was in the drive through with my gift card. It was quick and easy. What I really loved about her and the outstanding service she delivered is that she was willing to try!! And she got me my gift card for a Xmas gift. I’m grateful!

I went through the drive through but my baby woke up crying and I had to leave the line to come inside, the baristas remade my drink with a smile and were so sweet even though the change was inconvenient for them. They even brought my drink to the table because the baby was nursing, and they were so kind and warm the entire time. Great service!

This Starbucks location is the best in the corridor. My morning stop before work entails an Iced Matcha Latte I get creative with depending on the season but my favorite is their iced matcha with a cold foam flavor. The customer service is SUPERIOR. If you walk in the door you are instantly greeted good morning by the hard working busy bustling staff. Pickup your drink from their always organized pickup station and the service doesn’t stop! They tell you thank you and have a great day each time and they make sure you hear it! Every barista is so friendly and they genuinely are welcoming you and wishing you a great day! Never a mistake to my drink, food is hot, and never overdone, as some locations tend to overcooks sandwiches and bread gets hard. Need Starbucks in a jiffy? Boy they move along that drive through! You may think the line is too long but I promise you’ll be out in 5 minutes! Need your morning boost? Hit the coralville location!!!

Been going to this location for quite a while. The baristas are so incredibly friendly. They recognize me everytime, know my drink and help me start my day with a smile. I'm grateful for their kindness and my dogs love their weekend pup cups!

Absolutely fantastic employees!!! They have done incredible through this pandemic and those who have been criticizing them should be ashamed of themselves. The people who work at this Starbucks do the best they can to keep up and even with those people who have 50 special orders they make it happen. The end result is they are only human and makes mistakes just like the rest of us. Great place. Great employees!! Hello everyone . I love the people that work at this store . So friendly. I worked in retail and I had some challenging moments and not so friendly customers . I ask all customers treat everyone with respect and think that roles can change. Doesn’t cost anything to be nice to the baristas. They are people like you they deserve respect. Just because you had a stressful day doesn’t mean that you should take it out on them . They are lovely people 😍I will always have my coffee here is close to my work and I love this lovely ladies 😍😍😍

My daughter LOVES this place. She's super particular about her order and they make it perfectly every time. She will finish a venti with no hesitation.

We’ve frequented here many times. Good coffee and good breakfast sandwiches with very few mistakes! The employees are cheerful and friendly. Tonight our two coffees were great. More importantly, when we were stuck in the snow in the drive thru, the barista came out to help push us out. We really appreciated it. I really wish I knew a way to let a higher-up know about this!

The service was extremely nice and I highly recommend stopping by this specific location. The entire the entire staff was very kind and they hthey had a normal selection of things that you will find at a Starbucks. They are able to move quickly and get through the long lines that backup Especially in the morning!

The drive through on this Starbucks is nice. It wraps around the building giving plenty of space in case there is a long line. They're usually pretty speedy and rather peppy, which is great. Not overly peppy just in case this is your first coffee stop of the morning... ;)

Usually pretty great Starbucks. Sometimes the line can be exceptionally long. Today I waited close to 20 minutes. I would normally go inside when the line is long for the drive-thru, but with Covid I am trying to limit my contact. Everyone wears a mask and they use a mug to hand over your coffee. I love there is no accidental hand touching.

I love this location! Every staff member has been super nice and friendly to me (even one time when I spilled my drink all over the floor). Sometimes if I am lucky I encounter my favorite barista, I think his name is Tanner. He is one of the friendliest people I have encountered. He cracks jokes with customers and is very enthusiastic about his job. If he doesn't win employee of the month every month there is something wrong!!!!

Either I had misplaced the order or the batista had misheard, they were happy to remake my drink for me despite being a little busy. I felt bad for coming in and asking but I thought it was super sweet of them to remake my drink at no extra charge. 5 stars!
