Bodies by Lulu

Lulú is a great trainer. I was able to loose the weight and I have kept it off through her nutrition plan customized just to my needs and the daily workout it’s fun, never boring. Lulu really cares about your well-being. If you want to be healthy and be on the best shape of your life, look no further because Lulu is your person.

Lulu and her gym are amazing! In less than 4 months I was down almost 30 pounds and and I am in the best shape ever! I love the structure and workouts. Mostly, I love the personal accountability from Lulu. She will not let you fail!

I have been working out with Lulu since September. I love her method of training. She knows exactly what to do to achieve the curves in all the right places for me. Initially I started training with her only for the exterior appearance of my body, but what I have gained is so much more. Lulu has helped me uncover a strong mindset, a knowledge that I am capable of so much more than I thought, and I now look forward to my workouts. Although I thought I ate pretty healthy, her constant monitoring of my progress helped tweak some habits that were not optimal for me. 3 months of hard work have started me on track to have the body, strength, and stamina I have always wanted. If you are looking for a major transformation I would recommend her over and over!

Bodies by Lulu helped me gain more confidence in myself and has changed my life in more ways than I can express! I love Lulu and her dedication to the gym and to her champions. She teaches us how to conquer our thoughts and incorporate that into the gym by pushing ourselves to our greatest potentials. Bodies by lulu is more than a gym, it is a community of people looking to better there bodies and their minds all while supporting and cheering each other on. What I love most about this fitness journey is the focus on becoming strong! Lulu was able to give each of us personal coaching throughout the class making me feel like I was learning and improving along the way. You can expect positive energy, great music, amazing people and the days that you don't feel like working out, somehow Lulu senses it and supports you exactly how you need. She is not your average trainer or coach because she goes above and beyond in supporting you with your goals. If you are looking for transformation and a trainer that cares I suggest you RUN don't walk to bodies by Lulu.

Exercising, motivation, and maintaining a diet that would help me with weight loss are things that I have struggled with. When I started working out with Lulu, I became very passionate about working out. Lulu is very knowledgeable and encouraging. She would always take the time to explain the exercises and adjust the workouts according my personal needs. She pushes me to achieve my goals. She follows up with me regarding my diet and progress via text and in person.

My life has completely changed thanks to Lulu. I was so unhealthy and unhappy on the inside!! Her knowledge, encouragement, friendship, and accountability partner helped get me to where I have lost over 100 lbs and doing my 1st figure show this coming April!!! I HATED working out and some how this diamond got me to LOVE it!!! Lulu has the kindest heart and will get you where you want to be!!! Become the new you with lulu!!!!

Bodies by Lulu is the best! I had been struggling with weight gain and an overall unhealthy lifestyle. The workouts a great but even better is the accountability I get to stay on track with my goals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a health transformation.

My life has completely turned around thanks to Lulu. I started my journey at a point where I could not continue my unhealthy habits and after hard work and dedication have proven to myself that I CAN DO IT. Mi cuerpo lucia como nunca lo había visto, es una gran motivación pertenecer a este lugar, aquí no solo moldeas tu cuerpo también fortaleces el espíritu y tu confianza en ti misma.
