Definitely up to Starbucks standard!! Baristas were super friendly. We ordered 6 drinks and they were out quicker than at any other Starbucks. They were out of the travelers series mugs which had us sad but I’m sure it’s just because we came through after memorial weekend.

We came through the drive thru for 8 drinks, and they handled it flawlessly. We felt bad for going through the drive thru but didn't want to leave our dog in the car. All the drinks were made right, and the wait was not bad at all. Me and my friend were pleasantly surprised!

This is one of the nicest Starbucks I have ever been to! They were fast and my order was 100% right. They were also super friendly and it was clean inside.

This Starbucks Location is Very Fast in the drive thru and seems to have more access to inventory than the Lake Delton location.

They were friendly, effecient and created our iced coffee to order!

Service is excellent, atmosphere is good

The staff are very friendly. During my most recent visit, my pastry was a long wait to come out, which wasn’t a big deal, but they went above and beyond to make it right.
Also, my drinks are always just right. 😊

Our server was very nice and everyone there had good attitudes and drinks came out in 2 minutes! Would definitely recommend

My favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff is always so friendly and doesn't scowl when my teenage daughter orders off of the secret menu like they do at all the other stores. I mean at OTHER stores they act like the secret menu is appalling even if you just order it by ingredients. But, this store is great, friendly, clean and ALWAYS super accommodating even the times when I have my crazy toddler with me!

I brought my service dog through the drive thru around 6p tonight and got a pup cup and the sweet barista in the window got so excited and nervously asked if she could give it to him and when I said yes it made her day. I wish I would’ve caught her name but her excitement made my day. Have never had a bad experience at this Starbucks.

We've been purchasing drinks everyday for about two weeks now, we are new in town but this Starbucks makes us feel at home! The drinks and service are excellent and I am constantly amazed at seeing how quick they are to get out orders when busy. After reading some of the other reviews I would say the 30 minute waits is an exaggeration, the store does seem to have its busy times but the staff works together to get everything out in a timely manner. I also love that the employees are always willing to make suggestions with what to try next! Carole & Autumn always make new refreshers for us to try, next time you are in ask for the latest "autumn drink."

Toni & Sam were friendly as always and though it was during a busier time of day everyone was calm and took time to answer questions.

Normal Starbucks. Nothing to say bad tho so that's good

Just coffee today. Good as always. In addition, Gabby treated us to a sample of her recipe based on Thai tea. Was excellent. Will ask for it again. She gave me the recipe. Wis. Dells store

Had the pumpkin spice latte and scone . Very good..

Autumn helped us out and she was amazing. So kind and very nice to chat with! Cappuccino was dry as ordered, espresso tasted good as well. Very pleased with my experience here. Good service, good coffee.

It's nice to feel REAL customer service. The gal at the drive up was super kind and knowledgeable. I'll be back when I'm in town.

Was treated refreshingly nice by the lady working the drive through on 10/13 morning (around 10) my passager lifted the lid of my drink as I passed it to her, to smell my drink and the lady working noticed the drink was not very full as it should be and asked for it back respectfully. They quickly made the drink as it should. Those little things go a long way, she really impressed me by doing that as sometimes those things would go uncared for by some workers. Thank you!

Even though it was very busy we still got all of the correct drinks and the staff were kind, but understandably flustered. I’d recommend ordering through the app, though. We ordered a little under 10 minutes before our arrival, and we still waited inside for around 10 minutes.
