Cafe Zupas

This was the most fun grand opening of a restaurant I’ve been to! The people representing Cafe Zupas are super nice, upbeat and energetic!!! I tried the Ham and Gouda Sandwich + lobster bisque Take 2 combo which comes with a baguette and chocolate dipped strawberry and everything was DELICIOUS!!! Ingredients were fresh, lots of flavor in every bite of food. The bread on the sandwich and baguette was SO soft and flavorful- not dry. Everything was A+++. I’m so happy to live so close so I can stop by nearly everyday!

My husband and I visited for the first time last night. Our whole experience was great. We really enjoyed the food, it was delicious. The customer service was awesome! We appreciate the team- shout out to Isabel, Esme, Sarah and Will!! It was a positive and relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be back and to this location because of the service we received.

Cafe Zupas saved our Easter!! Catering was so easy, fast, convenient, and delicious!! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an event catered!

I did the build your own salad. It was wonderful. Everything was very fresh. The roll was good. Got a chocolate covered strawberry too, it was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Ordered multiple times, trying different dishes and sizes! Complimentary desert with certain orders is so cute! Fast service via drive-thru. Online ordering is a cinch! Delivery and in-restaurant dining available!

This Cafe is amazing!!! It's very welcoming and the the people behind the counter are friendly and with all smiles. I love the brisket grilled cheese and lobster bisque! Bonus with the strawberry covered chocolate and a baguette! My new favorite place to have lunch!

The staff was all super positive and welcoming, Dustin was fantastic and showed us the app. The Hospitality Leader (i cannot remember his name) was also super fantastic. Then the FOOD! IT WAS SOOO GOOD! I got the brisket grilled cheese and the chicken enchilada chili! I was a big fan of both, I also love the idea that you get a roll and a strawberry with every meal! Fantastic place so far! we will be back!

I used to live in Utah and when I heard we were getting a Zupas nearb I was stoked. Happy to see it's still as delicious as I remember. I haven't had something I don't like here. Great options for healthy, indulgent, filling, and light all around.

favorites are mushroom soup and the strawberries, really love the strawberries. Sandwiches are pretty good! not a fan of their bowls, I feel like the ratio of ingredients is off, too much lettuce and too little protein and the rice is always hard.

First time eating here today. Well staffed and the food is delicious. Tried the Wisconsin cauliflower soup and brisket grilled cheese sandwich, both were delicious and food was fresh. Looking forward to going again soon.

The wait was short, the flavor was huge! Hot and fresh, and friendly employees all around. Classy touch with the chocolate dipped strawberries. So happy this location opened near us. We'll definitely be back!

I have only ever eaten their food when my husband and I have ordered it on doordash for delivery and it has always arrived warm. Their food and soups are really good. I like the selection they have at all times and that they rotate new ones in as the seasons change. It’s affordable for what you’re getting and you might even be able to stretch 1 meal into 2. There’s free and easy to find parking in the lot out front.

After trying 2 different salads and 2 different sandwiches I can say this place makes AMAZING food.. good price good food. Definitely will be eating here more.. also the extra chocolate strawberry just makes the meal that much better

The staff at Cafe Zupas is one of the best I’ve ever seen :) They let me sample basically every soup on the menu with a smile! And their good life lane makes it super easy for me to get food on my breaks. So glad they opened a location in New Albany!

Grand opening at the New Albany location was booming. Very organized and all of the staff is very friendly. Had the Try 2 combo with the brisket grilled cheese and the chicken noodle soup. Food was prepared very quickly and tasted great. Will definitely be back.

Amazing grand opening!!! Everyone worked so hard and gave such phenomenal service. The food was delicious!! Would recommend this location 10/10. If you want fresh food served by the friendliest people in town, come here!

I continue to be impressed by Cafe Zupas. We each had the brisket grilled cheese, which is really excellent. My wife got one of the salads. I forget the name but it was pretty awesome. I got the lobster bisque with red pepper which was also so good I added a little parfait of crème brûlée, strawberry and cream With discounts all of that was close to $15. Oh, and I almost forgot they throw in two complementary chocolate covered strawberries.
