Starbucks

I live and work by this location so I am religiously ordering mobile pick up. I have never been met with such wonderful customer service from all of the employees. There have been multiple instances where the manager Jo has gone above and beyond for me and I have witnessed this with other customers. My orders always come out right and even when it’s busy, I’m never waiting long. This is the best Starbucks I have been to hands down.

I love this location. The ambience is great and I love the staff. You can tell that the person running the store cares and it reflects. I purchased a tumbler and ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with the new peppermint, cold foam and it is absolutely delicious!

This was our first visit to this store. We usually go to the location on Ireland, but they've been slow on our last few visits and the reviews of that location's cleanliness keep getting worse, so we wanted to try a different store.
We went through the drive-through. The line moved quickly, and the cashier was very friendly. She helped us with our need to use points before they expired.
Our drinks and food were exactly as expected, and tasted great!

Me and my husband used to go there to study all the time, all the baristas are very kind and they want to make sure you feel welcomed, we recently moved to Wisconsin but I will definitely miss going there. The atmosphere is great, music is not too loud, employees make sure you get what you paid for, space is very clean, and they go above and beyond with their service.

I debate sharing how great this starbucks location is because I (selfishly) like always having space to study!

The atmosphere is wonderful in that the music isn't so loud I can not think. The lighting is perfect for studying.
The drinks have always been spot on that I've ordered, and the food has also. If I'm ever up for a new drink, the baristas are perfect at picking my brain to figure out the drink I'm craving. And if I don't like it, I am confident in knowing they would be willing to make a new one.

You can tell the manager at this store puts a lot of their heart into it, and it reflects that in both the atmosphere and the employees!

Starbucks by my house. Considering I come here every day, I figured it's time I left a review. First and foremost, I have to mention the incredible quality of the drinks at this Starbucks. I always order a Venti Iced White Chocolate Mocha with 7 Pumps of White Mocha and an extra shot of espresso, they are almost always perfect. The baristas really know their craft and consistently deliver delicious and well-crafted drinks.

One thing I appreciate about this Starbucks is the reasonable wait time. Even during busy hours, the line moves quickly, and I rarely have to wait too long to get my hands on my favorite drink. It's a huge plus for someone like me who's always on the go.

The staff at this Starbucks is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and take the time to make sure my order is exactly how I like it. The personalized service makes me feel like a valued customer, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail.

Now, here's a fun little secret I have. I love ordering a venti iced white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso and 7 pumps of white mocha just to see the baristas' reaction. It's my way of keeping things exciting and making them think I'm coming in. 😂 It's a delicious and indulgent treat that never fails to satisfy my cravings.

Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area. The combination of consistently perfect drinks, reasonable wait times, and friendly staff make it a great place to start your day or take a break. Give it a try, and who knows, you might even catch me there enjoying my favorite concoction! 😄

I was hesitant to go in to get my coffee fixed cuz I normally do not do that but 5:50 for a cup of coffee I'm going to get what I wanted, but they fixed it with no problem and Jess even added an extra shot for free and was very helpful and very courteous thank you Starbucks on McKinley!

I really like this specific Starbucks, I’m a college student in the area and I come in to do school work on Fridays or I grab a drink before I have a long trip ahead of me. If I sit there a long time the barista has stopped by to give me a free glass of water without me asking which I appreciate as someone with anxiety over little things like that. If I order a food item it’s always warm and my drinks always taste good. The baristas are friendly and never make me feel unwanted.

Service is exceptional, I was a regular customer before I moved from cities and they even knew my name and my order by memory. Best Starbucks around the area!

Love this Starbucks, they’re always super quick and nice. They’re also one of the only stores with the caramel brûlée latte- extra bonus points from me!

The lady running the order screen & window was amazing ! She literally told me dang near alll the flavors which seemed like a million but she did it effortlessly she recommended something & I got it & before I left she made sure I liked it ! Great experience allll around thank you !

I worked at a licensed Starbucks for 6 years so I completely understand there is sometimes going to be a wait and the job can be extremely stressful. However, this store has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They are always quick, friendly, and make my drink exactly how I ask. Even at times when it’s super busy, they notice when I’ve been waiting a while and go out of their way to ask what I’m waiting on so they can get on it quickly. I typically order a pretty basic drink, but every once in a while I’ll order something obnoxious. They never make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them with a difficult order (which I know personally as a barista isn’t always easy to keep a smile) however, it always seems like a genuine response from them. This place is the best in the area (which is awesome for being a new store) and I hope by writing this review people won’t start going there so I can keep it all to myself!!!

I thought I had put a mobile order in for this location. IT WAS THE WRONG LOCATION. Instead of the girls turning me away they made my drinks. I told them I was in a hurry and they said NO WORRIES THERE IS 3 OF US AND THREE DRINKS GIVE US 2 minutes I was in and out. if I could give 10 stars I would. Not only quick but kind and compassionate. You don't get that everywhere. I hope management sees this!!

Super friendly staff and outstanding customer service! My order was ordered and presented to me within seconds. The fastest I’ve ever experienced! Jo, who runs this establishment is the most uplifting individual I’ve encountered.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, came in for my first time and had a semi difficult drink, one of the workers here was so polite even when we had a small misunderstanding he smoothed over it like it was nothing and kept it pushing, I got my order very fast not that it was super busy but it was still very quick, and it was exactly what I asked for and tasted PHENOMENAL 5 out of 5 would highly recommend.

I love having this new shop on the way to work.

They keep the drive through moving fast! Keep it up.
