Dunkin'

I come here all the time no problem. Was one of my favorite places until today. I was ordering at the drive up. My car is a standard and I am a senior. Sometimes my car does a little roll back; yes I know that is on me. Someone inside Yelled at me Can You Stop Rolling Back You Are Turning My Mic Off!! I was surprised by the person yelling. I went up to the window and began to tell the girl that I was not aware that the mic was turns on and off by my vehicle going back and forth. It was not right to be yelled at. This young girl had the most sarcastic smerk on her face and I told her that I didn't like it and as I continued to speak she slam the door closed on me. I left and called to speak to the Manager. The woman I spoke to said, she was the Manager and the Owners Cousin. I explain what happen and express how I felt and if the help were treating other elderly or disabled people so rudely. I was not aware of how there system operates and even if I did I certainly wouldn't of roll back and forth on purpose. The Manager was polite and apologized to me. She told me she would speak to her help. I hope she will because this was one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts.

This DD went down hill. You ask for a bagel toasted and they burn it. It’s wild that the worker will take the bagel from the toaster knowing it’s charred and still be ok serving it to a customer as if the customer is an animal who will eat anything. I’ve given this location too many chances to make things right and I’m tired of it. See photo from this morning of my “toasted” cinnamon raisin bagel. Such a shame that they are going to lose a customer.

Love D and D coffee is awesome, I like a hot latte no sugar and skim milk. Turbo shots are great in everything and the staff is friendly. Clean , close and 24 hours. The multi grain bagel is my weekend carb treat. Always a good experience 😁😄😀😅😌😊😏

The only DD I know which always puts your iced drink in a second Styrofoam cup so you don't freeze your hand off. Good Coolattas, which is rare these days. Excellent service, and the clearest drive-through speaker I've ever heard.

I have been to many Dunkins in MA. The Dunkins in Attleboro are the best.....the coffee is always fresh, food is cooked perfectly, friendly, efficient and excellent service, clean and cozy sitting area. Awesome job to all the employees and management!!! Strong work!!

I have one suggestion for any fast food place. Stop letting trainees work during busiest hours. I have had 2 times I got someone else's order or they messed up my order. Managers n workers with time there always get it right.

This is one of the best Dunkins in Attleboro. The service is amazing. The employees are awesome. We aleays get what we order and pretty quick. My daughter loves her kiddie coolatas on laundry day!

Service was fast, and I was happy with my coffee.

Come here every weekend for my husband Macchiato and Frozen chocolate for me. People here are quick and do good job especially the lady who always makes excellent Frozen chocolate for me.

The employees are nice and they make my order right every time I go here (which is only occasionally but they deserve my appreciation).

Friendly staff on all shifts. Coffeeade the same everytime. Coffee is always fresh. Sometimes there is a long line for drive thru and inside

Good coffee, moderate price, fast service, ok breakfast food...best if all, they have "hot cups" that keep your iced drinks colder for MUCH longer...many don't even charge for the extra foam cup.

Great staff, don't come here often, but when I do the staff is excellent and courteous.

This is not cool. This dunkins is one of the best in attleboro. All the reveiws on this bored are probly one time customers that didnt like the service. Everyday i go there they kno what i get.

Great employees.. come here every day and always have the best coffee in town.
