Starbucks

The baristas at this store are the sweetest people ever!! Every time I come it’s typically the same woman (I wish I knew her name) who takes orders in the drive thru and she brightens my whole day. She’s super sweet and personable! There’s also a guy who works there (Audie) who is so kind! When both of them r working together I know my drinks gonna be amazing and that my whole morning will be made!

Customer service is astronomically pleasant. I love going because the staff is always so friendly and they brighten my day with their greetings. Food and drink are also always good.

The person who took our order sounded like they were surviving their day. Squidward from Sponge Bob would have done a better job. But, then we got to the window and Sponge Bob was waiting for us! Holly…. wow! That person was all sunshine and rainbows! I didn’t even need the coffee after my interaction with that person! The coffee was a bonus! Im awake! Which i guess is why i stoped in? I now have a cavity from the person at the window!

Transit/N French location is open, Yay! Can't beat Starbucks' coffee on their outdoor patio.

Love the staff they’re always kind and gentle with us always greeting us a good day we love Joseph but sad to say he’s moving to Puerto Rico and will miss him tremendously we wish him the very best he was a big asset to my Starbucks

Incredibly kind employees working around 1:30pm on 7/31. My wife had a bad day and got home after getting a “treat” to cheer her up and spilled her drink (said treat) all over the floor. I felt awful and went to replace it for her. I’m not well versed on ordering at Starbucks so I brought the spilled cup and asked if they could make another, they were lovely and even included a cake pop! Here’s a pic of her crying (now happy tears) eating her cake pop. Thank you so much, it was such a small gesture but turned her day around!

The workers at this location have THE BEST customer service out of all of the Starbucks in the surrounding areas. I don’t go to Starbucks regularly maybe a couple times a year, and whenever I stop at this location they are always so nice and friendly and I enjoy this location over the other ones by far!

I’m a top 1% frappuccino drinker apparently so gotta give it five stars. Pretty much everything there is amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff!

My favorite Starbucks! The baristas are so friendly and always smiling. It’s small but cozy. I’ve stopped at others Starbucks around town and it’s just not the same. Someone got their first pup cup the other day. This may be her new favorite stop to make. 🐶 you made her day Starbucks!!

The new people who work here are so sweet. Especially in the drive through, the older women who work there are absolute dolls. Hearing “good morning sunshine” every morning makes me feel like I’m getting coffee from my mom and not a stranger. I’m so glad this Starbucks made it through whatever issues they were having before.

Today Sydney helped me create a drink that met my dietary needs (low sugar). She was very patient and helpful and I so appreciate that! She even asked me how I liked the drink. Thank you Sydney ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🥤

One of my favourite locations! The baristas are so kind and understanding, and I can tell they do a great job of making sure everyone feels the good vibes throughout the store!

Best in WNY! Every time I stop here, I'm immediately greeted with a smile and a good morning. My orders are prepared quickly and correctly. Never have issues at this Location 💗

I used to go to this location all the time and receive tremendous service.

For the last week, you can’t use the app to order ahead. Now they also don’t let you in the store. Today I ordered, reading from the app what I like, the order was wrong. I asked for it again, it was wrong again. The barista yelled at me and after 30 minutes I figured it wasn’t worth the hassle. Will not return until their technology works.

Update: have been back since they re-added mobile ordering and have had phenomenal service. Glad this was a blip in the radar.

So glad they're here! Obviously, they built it and people come because they keep running out of my favorite food options! :D That's a good thing overall, very happy for them and the town.

What a wonderful location! The baristas are genuinely friendly, welcoming and efficient. The store is clean and well-organized. Kudos to the manager and all of the staff for making this a pleasant place to hang out and get a good drink!
