Absolutely the MOST DELICIOUS PORK products you will ever find. We travel 4 hours twice a year to purchase Bob Matti’s products. Bacon, bacon ends, breakfast sausage, scrapple, UNBELIEVABLE PORK CHOPS, pork bellies, hot and sweet Italian sausage, spare ribs and smoked ham steaks. The tenderest pork we’ve ever eaten. Can’t say enough about the quality and taste!

My wife and I were looking for nearby farms where we could buy meat. We came across Elysium and made the decision to phone Bob, the proprietor and farmer. Since there were no signs, we unknowingly drove by the farm and had to do a couple u-turns. Bob confirmed us we were in the right area as he was standing near a chicken coop to the left of the driveway. Bob was gracious; he gave us the complete tour and introduced us to some of the pigs as well as his crew. He explained his entire process to us, including what the pigs eat, how they are raised, how they are killed, and how they are packaged. He was very knowledgable and detailed. We talked nonstop for a couple of hours about his farm and how he goes to the Camden Avenue Farmers Market in Salisbury every Tuesday from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. We opted to buy pork from him after talking to him. He asked us what we wanted after bringing out a dry erase board with his full menu written on it. From bacon to pork butt to sausage and scrapple, he had it all. We made the payment right away because he was able to accept our credit card. The true test was cooking the meat and boy did it not disappoint. The bacon, pork butt, Canadian bacon and scrapple were mouth watering. Definitely the best bacon i've had in Berlin, MD. We'll definitely visit again. Call him before before you go, please!

This pork is without a doubt the best I've ever had. I've been buying almost exclusively from Bob for a few years now and my wife and I are now ruined for other pork. When my in-laws visit from NY, they give me their pork order ahead of time so I can pick it up for them to take back home.

Great scrapple!

We bought half a hog. It's the worst pork we have ever had. The Butcher absolutely has no idea what he or she is doing. Miscut small bone fragments in the chops. The ham was very fatty like all the other cuts. Very lousy pork. Never again.
