Don't let these bad reviews divert you. For every bad review written here there are a hundred smooth transactions carried out daily that nobody bothered to write a review about afterwards.
I recently moved to the area and started doing some eBay reselling; the staff here has been kind, professional, and answered any questions I may have about shipping product. Never had a lost package or any other issues; their services have been quick and adequate.

Great customer service. Lady was able to re-direct me to UPS. Facility is clean and quiet. Very respectful workers. I would give them 10 stars for helping out others constantly.

I was REALLY nervous going here on my own. Especially after seeing the reviews. It was my first time shipping something, too. I wanted to ship a package to a loved one across the country. Had to walk there because I don’t have a license yet and my parents wouldn’t take me. I thought it was going to be a horrible experience, but I kept an open mind. The people working there were very helpful ! The shipping process was very simple ! You pick a box, put your stuff in it, and close it with tape. Then, you bring it back up, and write the address. Pay. And that’s it ! Very smooth and helpful experience. I understand that not every employee is the same, but hopefully you get ones that give you a good experience. As simple as it is, it was fun.

I just came back from the post office, I called in to inquire about Passport service and the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful when it come to ensuring that I had all my documentation in order. Let me know of different payment options and options available once there.

Walked in and was greeted with a nice hello and walked me right thru the process. I went over the post office side since i needed to pay via money order and the post office workers were quick and friendly.

I returned to the Passport section, paid for my passport and signed the required documents and was sent on my way. The entire process took no more then 10 minutes. Now i will say that you as the customer needs to have all your documents in order prior to arriving. Simply reading the instructions which the passport documents provide is all you need for a successful and smooth transition.

I came in a little apprehensive because of all the negative feed back i read about different post offices and some on this one, but I did not see or experience any negative personalities or issues during my visit.

Once again, thank you for such a smooth and simple process by the Passport office workers and the Post office workers.

I can understand how the Post Office gets bad reviews. Most of the staff are disdainful or rude by nature. There is no music playing, it's very drab; and one's reason(s) for being there are most likely work or business related and not for pleasure. To put it mildly; it's not fun. My experience today was awesome. There is an employee there named Shaji who made my experience that much better. His demeanor mirrored mine; reserved and introspective (I'm guessing) but in actuality brimming with passion and resourcefulness. I came in expecting the worse and let happier and quicker than I expected. My previous experience was horrendous; but I forgot all about that based on today's experience. The Post Office is not a fun or uplifting place at all. The only hope anyone has of a pleasant experience is to meet an individual like Shaji.

I come here 4 times per week. The counter folk are very friendly and helpful. I just noticed some poor reviews on here. Everyone should keep in mind that this is a major post office, covering a fairly large city (Aurora is the 2nd largest in Illinois). There are certain times of the day that are busy, but the same thing happens at any bank (i.e. payday line). Ignore the bad reviews, -disgruntled customers will post bad reviews at the drop of a hat. For every impatient, "I'm on my lunch break, why can't you people move faster, now I'm angry" review, -there are a hundred smooth transactions where no one bothered to write a glowing review.

I give this facility 5stars because I have always received my mail as well as the many packages that are shipped to me.
I do agree that the staff is slow but they have never been rude or made me feel racially discriminated against (as some have posted)

I come here all of the time. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very helpful and kind. Sometimes there is a wait but as long as it is done right who cares about a small wait.

I always drop off prepaid packages on the lobby inside shelf. Always have had them scanned delivered on time.

I was nervous after reading the other reviews but my experience picking up my package was painless and very quick considering the social distancing measures during this pandemic

This is a great post office, I've been using it for many many years. People are always helpful and friendly. I've never had a rough time.

The desk clerks are friendly and reassuring, especially if you aren't sure what you are doing. They are very helpful.

i know that you do have to wait in line but the line goes quickly every employee is friendly i have always been greeted with a smile from every employee!
