I cannot say enough about the service and quality of work that I received from Alpha Graphics! Erick, Amy and the entire team in production were OUTSTANDING!!
I had a large project that involved numerous large format wall decals for the inside of a private school. I had been struggling to find a vendor that would really partner with me in making the vision come to life. Alpha Graphics got it immediately! I was so grateful to find them and that they were able to come through within a very tight timeframe.
Additionally, because of the size of the project, I opted to have Alpha Graphics come to the school and install the graphics. They were extremely professional and installed everything to perfection.
The end result had huge WOW-factor! Compliments endless and the impact has been incredible for the school. We now have an exciting, colorful story to tell as visitors, students & staff walk the hallways.

Alphagraphics Providence generously donated the printing services -- including flyers, 5x7 double-sided cards, and a foam core sign -- for a recent animal rescue event I co-hosted for Save One Soul Animal Rescue League. Erik was a pleasure to work with and made us feel like a valued customer. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was done quickly and perfectly. They even went above and beyond in helping us design the signage, as I have limited design knowledge/resources. I would highly recommend them for anyone's printing needs. It's also wonderful that they support causes in their local community!

This is the second year in a row that I have had a fabulous experience with alphagraphics printing a holiday card for me. I worked from some of my watercolors and they really look good.
Eric is amazing! If you can get him to help you I recommend it. He seems to respond almost Instantaneously to emails. He really listened to me when I talked about the quality that I was going for and helped me figure out how to get it.

SCOURED Providence for a location that could print and laminate a scientific poster for a presentation ASAP. Invoice paid on Tuesday, pick-up ready on THURSDAY. 2-day turnaround and it looks amazing. Great service - Erick's the best. I might just print random things to continue to patronize this place.

If you're around 50 or older, like me, you're amazed by the terrible work ethic of today's millenials in the business world. They're lazy, apathetic, impersonal, and have no etiquette or manners whatsoever. That being said I found one exception to this universal trend out of the Alpha Graphics office in downtown Providence. His name is Erick Ballon.
I know his full name because we exchanged a number of emails back & forth over a couple of days. I simply needed to have some business cards printed out from a card design creation from another company. I'm really fussy and particular. I called Erick about 6 times to request modifications and revisions to the original design that was formulated. He was always at the ready every time I called. He was so patient, well mannered, and possessed a Can Do Attitude which was so appreciated in this day in age (dealing with Millenials). A day and a half later, I was able to walk in off the street, unannounced and Bam! Erick had a box of 300 business cards done and ready to go. Total Perfection! I was shocked everything went so smoothly. Job well Done Erick and Alpha Graphics! You are The man Erick! Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you again!
