I recently bought a weed whacker and the service person assembled the thing, then he said the string they give you isn't the best so he replaced it with steel coated wire. I got a good price and he spent twenty minutes with me. I was so impressed I went back and bought a husqvarna riding mower. The staff and the products are the best!!

Superiour Power Equipment takes great care of my equipement and customer servies has always been pleasant and helpful. I have had them tune up my generator, push mower and a riding mower and I'm always pleased with the results. I am not able to bring my items to them, so the cherry on tip is that they come get them and drop them off. They are the only ones I call when I need help with something.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service was excellent and fast. Would highly recommend them for all your small engine needs, both sales and service.

First time in the store today. I called them up and asked if they had a 550xp in stock, they did. When I showed up they were right on top of it. Made me 3 chains as well. And I was impressed by the arborist gear selection. Everything was well organized. They even had a good selection of work shirts and regular t-shirts. Highly suggest this shop if you’re in the area.

Their top tier!!!!They do pick up and delivery. Great macanics they make the magic happen if any thing needs fixing be sure to get up and think of this place before any other. Have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced by them a few times and no complaints. Great prices for drop off and pick up. Snowblower died had them pick it up turned out the gear box let go decided to buy a new Husqvarna gave me a great deal. They will be my go to place from now on.

This is one of those places that just makes it happen. They helped me with everything I needed to build my cabin by hand in the northwoods. They started carrying ripping chains specifically for me when I started this endeavour. When my 1994 257 chainsaw finally gave up the ghost, they hooked me up with an incredible deal on the professional 562xp with a four year warranty. I won't go anywhere else.

If you look through the other reviews that gave less a less than favorable review, you can tell that they obviously don't know much about small engine repair or the complexities involved with repairing equipment that is routinely abused. "It costs 3 dollars for a crank bearing, the experience of knowing how to install it is what you are paying for".

Do yourself a favor and go have a talk with them next time you need anything yard equipment related... I'm glad I did.

Serviced my lawn mower and while I felt a little like I had to call to check in on how it was going, it was probably my own “consumer anxiety”. They were very personable, helpful, and took the time to clean my mower after servicing it and stayed to offer answers if I had questions. I was very impressed and I will happily be returning again should any other situations arise that would necessitate it!

Purchased a snowblower. Trevor was my salesperson. He reviewed the 3 machines that I was deciding on Actually recommended the less expensive machine based on my needs. Great easy transaction. He pointed out some upgraded features on this falls models. They are providing free delivery. Thank you. Note that until November 30th, the warranty is 5 years instead of the usual 3.

Service at the desk was very good and friendly dropping off and picking up. Work completed when stated. Lawnmower is operating better than ever. Our first time here at the recommendation of Turf Depot. We'll back again. Next up, our snow thrower.

It's all about customer service! This company knows how to take care of people. The service is exceptional. They do a job and do it right. Even if they are busy, they acknowledge your there and they will be with you shortly. The don't push you to buy more expensive models, they sell you what you need. People ask me why do I use Husquvarna vs Stihl and I always respond, it's the dealer. Buying something is just the start, if you cant count on them to keep helping you down the road then your screwed. I highly recommend them.

To include an authorized warranty center for all makes and models of home and professional equipment , from gas powered, to electrical equipment.And the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently bought a new lawn tractor from Superior Equipment and the experience was awesome...much better than what you get at the big box stores. Not only was the service excellent but the prices are competitive and reasonable. I have since returned to buy additional products (chain saw, tractor accessories) and am planning on coming back for more. I have worked with Superior Power for 8 years now. They service my zero-turn riding mower and my push mower. They service has always been amazing with some of the friendliest people I've ever spoken to. They do high quality work and take good care of my machines. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
