The UPS employees are friendly and passionate. I aways get greeted when I walk in and walk out. The employees are very respectful with their customers. I'm always a happy lady when walking out.

This place really is awesome. I ship here a lot. They are always so helpful. I should have gotten a name tonight but honestly over the last few years everyone here is so friendly and outgoing to make your business easy. I honestly think this store isn’t 5 stars because of the previous owners and their ratings. It’s was like night and day. I came here years ago and never returned. I’m not sure of when the owners changed but wow!! I remember going back few years ago and I commented how nice they were compared to previous visits and the clerk responded that she had heard that alot. What a difference. 5 stars and more!!

Great costumer service! Staff here was extremely friendly!! They offered to tape my box and put my pre printed label on! Super polite and friendly here!

After an extensive Google search I decieced to drive out to the Fairhaven location. So glad I did!! I needed to utilize their packing and shipping services. My shipment was very personal, emotional, and sentimental. Becky the manager was amazing! She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I will be using this location for all my shipping needs from now on.

I wanted to get my package that I shipped back to me and the store manager went above and beyond to search for the package. She was courteous, friendly and very professional. The store itself was well maintained, quick sales and comfortable environment. Best UPS Store I walked into with the best customer service. I ventured out during the tropical storm Henri on Sunday but for the safety of their employees the store was closed for the storm. I went back yesterday and made it just 10 minutes before they closed. Kristine was working alone and had a full line. She was incredibly kind and patient. I had a lot of Amazon returns and she stayed late just to make sure we got to finish. She mentioned a store would be opening soon near me but with customer service that good I might still take the ride.

I had multiple large packages at high declared values that needed to be shipped. Sarah was assisting me from start to finish and couldn’t have been more helpful! She made the experience pleasant and went above and beyond to help make everything easier!

The manager is always so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The store seems to be following all COVID safety protocols well, and I really appreciate the quality of service they provide consistently. A+ even in a pandemic. Kudos!
