T-Mobile

I’ve gone to the store a couple times to help with phones cases, screen, protectors, etc. it is always been great however the new employment there is very suspicious and rude. I walked in there to get help with my phone I ask the guy “ I just have a question whenever you have a moment please” and he comes very close to me and says “well i’m in the middle of something so you can wait over there I’m busy” and was very rude when I asked if my SIM card was messed up because I reset my phone and it wasn’t working properly. Rude staff but nice products for the newest customers and consumers. I’ll be going to the Apple Store from now on

Picked up a router in Macedonia around 5Pm Friday, my bad for not getting the dudes name but great service, just had to plug it in when home, employee did everything as I sat there. Nice to see employees that know their job. Thanks, Lee

Love T-Mobile. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. No contract. No surprise rate changes. Good equipment upgrade program. Switched from Verizon and glad I did!!

This location is an official T-Mobile corporate store. They team here is professional and highly skilled; knowledgeable about their service and products. I highly recommend this store over a contractor T-Mobile store. The staff was kind and explained everything very well. We went through all the options and pricing. This was the best experience I've ever had with a telephone store!

Had an issue with my phone and Blake fixed it right away! Was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful!

I needed to say this, Alec and the other gentleman working on 3/3 near closing time were awesome, excellent customer service, not just to me but I observed this to be true for everyone who came in. They were patient and clearly explained everything necessary plus random questions I had about my phone. I have always had good experiences at the location. At the point I will continue to drive out of my to go to the Macedonia location. Thanks guys

My experience was amazing DJ took care of me I got a new phone and I was in and out within 30 minutes! He helped another guy while he was finishing up w my new phone! His customer service is amazing and he made me want to come back and spend more money! Appreciate his customer service, his multitasking and being just great all in all! My visit was great!

Alex was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Most of my experiences at cell phone places are terrible. The "salesmen" at Verizon try to sell me everything under the sun I don't need and literally harass me if I don't buy. Alex sold me what I needed and explained everything. It was a good experience. Amazing customer service.

The young lady was Excellent. Her customer service skill were beyond kindness. We are older n did not understand our new phone. By the time we left we were completely comfortable. Her name was Adele at Macedonia.

Tim and Perry were so nice and explained everything completely with me. They took the time and explained all the new features on my phone, and any changes on my bill that I may see. I would recommend getting your next phone with them!

Nice store, helpful staff, reasonable pricing. Had a good experience today with my dad. I can't remember the lady's name but she was very nice and helpful

Julia was awesome! Love T-mobile! I want to get the new construction phone from CATS. I like the Fold as well. I hear great things about the TAB 8.

We had a great experience getting my mom a new phone. Martin was the associate that helped us and he was knowledgeable and very nice.

My visit with Alexander was perfect, I went in and we got straight to work, I didn't have to wait or anything, he made the process as fast as he could, answered all of my questions and I walked out with the phone I asked for. I will officially be rooting for T-Mobile before any other phone company!:)

Julia was awesome. She fixed my problem really quick and was very informative, nice and polite! Dat on the phone with customer service for over 2 hours and problem wasn't fixed

A young lady there was able to take my contacts from my old flip phone and put them into my new smart phone and my phone wasnt bought from them. They provide the cell coverage though. Bought a great case as well. My sim card was full and doing the contacts one at a time was not what I wanted. Thanks for great service, "valentine". Hope you enjoyed the chocolates.

There's a reason I've stuck with T-Mobile for almost a decade now, and it's hands down the best customer service in the mobile industry. And my local store is no exception. They always take care of any issue I have, with a smile, and work to figure out how I can get the best value and coolest phones.

For two years this has been our go to T-Mobile store, the staff has changed sadly because we have gotten wonderful help, but have also found the new staff to be on the same caliber of knowledge and helpfulness, which is true for most T-Mo stores but not all. This store is consistently top notch.

Alex did a great job! Very informative about all of the products and gave me his honest opinion on what was good and what was bad. I appreciated the honesty. Don't get that much these days :) Thanks Alex!

I just want to say thank you to Alex! I had to get a new phone. He took the time to explain my options and show me how to use my new phone. When I had a problem a few days later he immediately came to the rescue. Very friendly and help which makes a world of difference to the technically challenged. Thanks again Alex!
