These employees deserve pay raises. We’re here on vacation and stopped in at this location. The store manger confronted a guy (clearly a regularly because she knew his name) and asked him to remove the shoes from his shorts that he had swiped off of the shelf. She made sure staff and the other customers were safe and then chased him through the mall until security got him.

Quick and friendly service. Friendly staff. They addressed thr issue I had with another store by helping me out by giving me a discount due to the the unsatisfact'ry service at the other location.
They handled it with professionalism and made everything right as far as I was concerned.
Overall the outcome was great and I'm satisfied yet unfortunately I still may how to make a phone call to corporate regarding my visit to the other location but it has nothing to do with my visit at this particular location because everything at this store was A+ 100% perfect. Smiles for miles and everything worked out fantastic and I got a good deal on some great sneakers..

We were looking for shoes to wear with a wedding gown, low heel. After going to both the "big box" shoe stores and the department stores, we stopped in Famous Footwear and low and behold, a pair of shoes that were comfortable, low heel, and do the trick! Unfortunately, the only pair in her size on hand were missing some sparkle things and looked a little dingy from people handling them. The clerk said no problem, ordered them online, and they shipped for free to our house! Above and beyond.

Signed up for their email list and got 20% off. Used that right away to buy a pair of Bear Paws. Love them in the winter!!❤😊
