So I only go to the Mall for this Dominican food when I come to visit family in NH. And yes, I will drive far and wide for these two sisters’ cooking. Numerous flavorful meats, three types of rice, scrumptious beans, fresh veggies and fruit juices, and more.

This is the best Spanish Food restaurant in Manchester, NH. This restaurant has open the door for those looking for quality, healthy and amazing taste when coming to eat. I will be coming back soon!

Can not say enough good things about this establishment. The owner is super kind and customer service oriented... And OMG the food... If you are looking for authentic this is the place to go. My husband loves the oxtail. It is tender and falls off the bone. Everything is always fresh and if something is out they will make it fresh. Definitely give this place a try.

It was simply the best experience ever 🤩. And I strongly advise you to go and try this wonderful food 😋. The Harvest Bowel was simply the best salad that I ever had. It was super delicious 😋, I would love to keep eating it. But I got full, well at least now I have a delicious dinner to have now. Just an amazing place to eat, you have to go and try 😋. Honestly if I could I'd would give this place a thousand stars 🌟 🤩.

Hi, so basically I don’t expect much from mall food but when i went here I was surprised to see authentic hispanic food at the mall funny enough the young man who also had the same name as me?! Served me and was so nice and asked what i want i ate some stew chicken which was really tender and good. So yes i would come again wonderful food and wonderful employees. 12 dollars for chicken, rice and beans and a small salad!!! Almost everything is gluten free too

I have been a couple of times. They are super friendly and will accommodate what you are wanting. I LOVE their homemade jalapeno dressing. This salad was even better than it looks. Highly recommend eating here if at the Mall of New Hampshire.
Heck, I would recommend it if you are in the area and not even wanting to go to the mall!

Delicious food and great service, the entire team is super friendly. I’ve tried it all. Everything is freshly made in-house and the taste is amazingly delicious. The freshly squeezed fruit drinks are phenomenally good and my favorite. The Country Club, which are my drink of choice. The frambuesa raspberry, uva grape, and merengue soda origin from Dominican Republic. Definitely recommend this restaurant

YOU MUST EAT HERE!! I had to go to the mall to get something fixed & decided to swing by the food court to get a bite. There I saw Delicous Balance. I figured i’d give it a try. Haven't had any Caribbean food since I moved to NH so I honestly wasn't expecting much. I mean it’s NH. I was WRONG. Couldn'thave been more wrong. This place is amazing! It’s like mom’s home cooking. It's like beingback home. You have got to stop. they are amazing. Their food is amazing. They’re kind people. it’s just… go there go

I stopped at the mall to run errands and got excited to see “Homemade Style Caribbean Food” in the food court. I absolutely love Caribbean food and seek out restaurants whenever I can. I wandered over and then was delighted to see my former student behind the counter! This is her family’s small business, so I absolutely had to try. I got the stewed beef, Moro rice with black beans, and the salad with their homemade avocado dressing. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the meat was tender and falling off the bone. This is a gem.

The food was beyond expectations. The quality and quantity was excellent. My kids enjoyed every thing they had. Their service is humble and friendly, we will be back soon. Another great reason to go the Manchester mall 😁

This place is great. It’s still “newer” to the area and they do amazing! I originally stopped eating at the mall’s food court years ago because it was the same old and reused stuff. So glad there’s finally something different. I’ve gone here several times in the last year or so and I’ve never ever been disappointed. They can get a little pricey, but that’s only if you ask for extra stuff. You can tell their food is made fresh everyday, and I get full off of the proportions given. So I think it’s well worth the price. Also, English is my native language. But I can speak broken Spanish. Some of the workers there only speak Spanish, which is not a problem for me. So when I struggle to explain something or ask for something they’re very kind and understanding. Nice people, great food. I give it a 5/5. 10/10.

This place is amazing!! If you love Caribbean food as much as I do...do not walk but run to the mall and get a meal to enjoy and savor!

I ate here as young teen for the first time with my friends and too say this food is amazing is an understatement this food is wonderful fantastic even. my only complain is that i couldn’t eat more. the worker their with curly hair and tall he so nice and new just what to ask me to help me decide on what to order

I am from the UK travelling in NH atm and came across this place. I don’t normally eat Mall food so was wasn’t expecting much. I asked if they had curried goat, a Caribbean staple and they didn’t however the server was so lovely I decided to enquire about what they did have on offer. OMG I’m so glad I did, it was absolutely bloody delicious!!

Don’t be put off by the fact it is in a Mall, I would definitely come back.
